I have was given a 10% discount as a reward for a purchase, this has not been honoured on my further purchase! I have had NO response to emails regarding this. I have spoken to customer service and was advised to use email!!
It am disappointed as I like the furniture bought (a bed ) I have not received my second order as yet, the delivery from AOL was excellent but Cotswold customer service is lacking
