“We were guided all the when buying the chairs Sharon called us to say not to order the full 39 but instead try I’ve then only order the remaining It’s was just awesome and if we liked the chair and the balance order cane in swiftly”

“Initial item didn't arrive. Not sure what happened may be courier may not. Customer services very helpful. Item no longer in stock but another sourced by the team and sent out next day delivery. Item is great quality and looks lovely. Not ideal but happy in the end and these things happen”

“I recently ordered an office / dining chair , which arrived rattling about in quite a large cardboard box. It could have done with more protective packaging and a list of the contents , plus an instruction leaflet. Attached to the plate under the chair was a piece of black plastic and there was no way the top would fit on to the base. I sent a photo to Lakeland and in no time they replied saying the black plastic was a stopper and should be removed. Instructions with the item would have solved this when putting it together. It is a great chair, just what I have been looking for and the after sales service could not be faulted. Thanks Lakeland”
