“Hi, the furniture is ok! The steel base on one of the stools is not straight, it looks like a manafacture failure, 1 stool has a mark on the base.”

“Bought 2 Brooklyn bar stools in light grey. Faux leather over stretched on one chair. Lakeland exchanged with no quibbles, no charge for return. Received new chair within 48 hours. Very good customer service. I would definitely buy from Lakeland again.”

“Little frustrating on delivery! Did not arrive together, parcels arrived over two days... Very well packaged, once together they look good, easy to assemble I ordered 4 in total. Appear to be comfortable certainly with having the high back little more supportive. Plenty of positive remarks from family members”

“Ordered, delivery well within dates given by firm, no problems - so absolutely no complaints! Henley umbrella slightly more yellowish than I would have liked but that’s internet shopping for you. Appears to work well and do it’s job, just wish the sun would shine!”

“We had difficulty joining the two ends of parasol. A rubber mallet solved the problem. The parasol seems fine, but awaiting the good weather to test it to the full. Arrived prompt and although the packaging was a bit battered the contents seemed undamaged.”

“bar stools are fantastic look fabulous in new kitchen. Service was really good . when ordered next day delivery and only half cane next day which was parcel force error got a refund for the delivery and customer service at lakeland sorted promptly . not used before but definitely happy to again”

“Really happy with the order and delivery process. Very straightforward and fast. Great selection of products available online and the price couldn't be beaten. The assembly instructions were AWFUL though, but that's not Lakelands fault, its the manufacturers. Not very clear at all and could have doe with an extra hand. Unfortunately Lakeland didn't sell any :).”
