“Brilliant , I wanted to install a locksmith , they sent me someone in less than an hour after calling 7 locksmiths before them , none of them knew anything about smart locks , a very nice Romanian guy ( unfortunately forgot his name ) arrived and did the job in 20 min , he also showed me how to set it up and connect all fobs and cards , reasonable fees also , would definetly use again and recommend”

“I had an excellent service! I locked myself out of my home and called Keys4U Locksmith and a really kind, friendly and extremely efficient locksmith named Nir came to my rescue and opened my front door within minutes and I recovered my keys which were accidentally locked inside. “Person opened the door, but was lazy and gobbed off for not telling him that it was gonna be an easy job sooner. He had to carry his lightweight equipment up the small staircase to reach the 1st floor, by which time I told him he would only need to use an easy to bend card to open the door (as it happened before and I remembered what the other door specialist used). He wasn't happy that I didn't tell him before he had to climb the staircase. Then he boasted about how he spent his life savings on a cheap samsung device which I would be entering my card details in and demanded that I do not drop it, reminding me of a previous customer he had where they dropped it and paid an exorbitant fee. He opened the door though, so theres that...”

“Invoice said £80 I paid £85 for a simple job I could of easily done myself. Didn't have to prove to the locksmith that I lived in the property and had a little argument with him as of his nationally (Ukrainian) I'm x forces and have been offered to go fight there battle”

“Was told it would be £59 plus vat to get my lock changed then he arrived and said it would be £89 because of my door... he then drilled through the lock and told me I owe a further 80 for a lock that I paid a tenner for from screwfix....”
