“relatively quick, he came from the other side of the city, knew what he was doing, kept it simple and was effective. Polite and mindful of being on someone else's property. Note, the advertised details intimate they are local, but they are a connected organisation with local members. Made no difference to me but I know some people are bothered by this.”

“Really great service thank you. The locksmith came round super fast and fixed the issue even quicker. Very knowledgable and explained what happened to avoid in future. He also fixed another issue I had but thought it was normal for my door. I feel like I’ve got a new door.”

“Benn came to my house within Two hours and fixed my front door lock. Expertise is not a word I would use willy nilly but Ben is an expert fixed my door lock, great customer service fantastic price would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family thanks.”

“Called Jordan when we had a problem with our porch door not closing. He came round that day and sorted the problem straight away for us. The doors better now than when it was first fitted. He was very professional and good for a chat while he worked as well. Could not recommend him more and will definitely be calling him when I next lock myself out .”

“Furious! Was quoted half of what I had to pay in the initial call. It cost me £106 for a 2 minute job of my lock being drilled out. I could have bought a drill and a new lock for less. Was left to clean up the metal shavings. Won’t be using or recommending this company. Complete rip off”

“Was sceptical at first as you have to pay before they can come out but after speaking with them on the phone i was assured that they were a trusted company. They were here within 20 minutes after completing the payment and Jordan did an excellent job of repairing the door handle and lock. Great service with a competitive price.”

“ILIE was professional, efficient, friendly and most of all got the job done. It turns out that although the lock wasn’t working, it wasn’t the lock itself that was the problem it was the door frame. Ilie sorted it and now it works 100%”
