This included the writing out and emailing an invoice to me for £140 for ‘lock out’ and £90 for replacement lock + VAT. A total of £276 for 20 minutes work. On top of that he forged my signature on the invoice without my permission. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Will never use this company again.”
