“Person opened the door, but was lazy and gobbed off for not telling him that it was gonna be an easy job sooner. He had to carry his lightweight equipment up the small staircase to reach the 1st floor, by which time I told him he would only need to use an easy to bend card to open the door (as it happened before and I remembered what the other door specialist used). He wasn't happy that I didn't tell him before he had to climb the staircase. Then he boasted about how he spent his life savings on a cheap samsung device which I would be entering my card details in and demanded that I do not drop it, reminding me of a previous customer he had where they dropped it and paid an exorbitant fee.
