Once Mike arrived he was absolutely great . Changed the locks in no time and was friendly and helpful . One star knocked off just over operators’ inaccuracy over times . I was first told 1-2 hours . Then at 3 hours I was told he was on his way . Then at 4.00 they said they would send him an urgent message . Mike showed at 4.30 profuse with apologies. Honestly I think it’s a great service for a same day call out but just don’t get people’s expectations up initially. Far better to have been told that the technician would be with me before 5.00 pm and would call when he was on his way . Simples !
