“Excellent service, fixed the problem in no time. Although on your advert you state no call out fee but I was charged one of £50 making a total of £120 and for a ten minute job I find that very expensive.”

“They came on time as they told me, especially as it was Saturday. The person was friendly and helpful. The job was done quickly. The only downside is the price, £90 for opening my flat door as I had locked myself out.”

“The locksmith was efficient, effective and a problem solver. He rang me and informed me of how long he would be. And he arrived before the expected time, discussed the problem with me, then carried out his expert skills and fixed my door lock. He was polite and friendly and talked me through the measures that he was taking to fix the lock. I would recommend this company to others because they are efficient, quick, supportive and good value for money. Not to forget the receptionist, who talked me through what would happen.”

“Once Mike arrived he was absolutely great . Changed the locks in no time and was friendly and helpful . One star knocked off just over operators’ inaccuracy over times . I was first told 1-2 hours . Then at 3 hours I was told he was on his way . Then at 4.00 they said they would send him an urgent message . Mike showed at 4.30 profuse with apologies. Honestly I think it’s a great service for a same day call out but just don’t get people’s expectations up initially. Far better to have been told that the technician would be with me before 5.00 pm and would call when he was on his way . Simples !”

“Arrived within 1 hour to fix the front door lock which had a broken mechanism. Great, speedy service and honest locksmith. Despite initially thinking an expensive part change was required, managed to repair the springs and parts at just a call out charge and get it all working again. Thank you”

“Arrived quickly. Was very friendly and polite. Got us into our house within 15 mins. Bit naughty to tell me the price and then add vat on. I assumed the nearly £60 was inc, but it wasn't. So over 70 quid to get us in. Expensive but quick prompt and polite service that I would reccomend if you are locked out.”

“I spoke with a gentleman who was extremely considerate to my plight when I had locked myself out of my house. He said someone would certainly be able to help me and would be with me in about 30 minutes, this was correct and hey-presto my front door was opened almost immediately. I would recommend this company 100%. I was quoted a price but this did not include VAT, this is the only reason I would not give 5 stars.”

“Andre was very good. He contacted me when he was on his way. He followed all the covid protocols wearing a mask and social distancing which is especially important as our household includes somebody who is clinically extremely vulnerable. Keys4U are a bit on the expensive side but worth paying the extra money for.”
