Charged over £600 + VAT to drill out a lock and replace door handle, didn't seem to know what they were doing, using a drill at full speed and burning out lots of drill bits some damage to the door hidden by the new handle - I would avoid.

allservices4u.co.uk charged me £252 to change a lock - the lock they fitted was not suitable for my front door so the utility company for my block of flats changed it - been trying to get a refund and they have not bothered to reply to email, mail or phone call - AVOID THESE CNUTS!

Absolutely scandalous you can charge 120 pounds for a lock costing 15 pounds. You should all start wearing masks like dick turpin

Not value for money. Over priced as charged £190.80 (inc vat) for a replacement door handle. Will not use this company again and advise others not to. Instead use a local firm and company that list the cost of replacement products on their website. Door handle actual price £27.

I ordered some keys from Keys4U Locksmith. The keys were sent in a letter envelope which broke during transport meaning one third of the keys were missing. I contacted the company straight away and kept doing so for a month. I called, emailed, sent whatsapp messages, left voicemails... I have yet not received an amicable solution to the issue. I have used another company to change the lock as Keys4U Locksmith did not help me in this regard either. The customer service of Keys4U Locksmith stops responding once they have taken your money. I do not recommend this company.

I was rushing to go out in the morning and trying to lock my door the key snapped in the middle But I didn’t lock tue door, so I had access in and out my property. I called this guy’s and I explained my situation I strictly asked them that I don’t want to change my lock only if they can take the rest of the key out and they said ok we will send someone there to have a look if they will take it out will be a 55£ plus VAT for this service and I agreed Nobody told me on that phone call that if they can’t tale the ley out o still have to pay them 50£ just to come and see my door Plus i was told 25 m someone will come and took them over 1h So far very bad experience and the guy wasn’t leaving without payment If you want to use this guy be prepared to pay 65 £ to just come at your door Scambags

Turned up late and made an excuse , tried to tell me I needed a new lock which I didn't want , half heartedly used a piece of plastic nowhere near the yale look and said no go until I tried and was in in 3 seconds? £120 charged and feel I've been ripped off , will leave a review on the Web site to warn others , scandalous

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I booked the service yesterday. The call centre said it costs £59.80+VAT. Then when the staff arrived, they charged me £560. I also just gave the call centre a call today and the call centre said I was charged £59.80+VAT which is all wrong. My friend’s backpack was stolen so he lost the key. The company was taking advantage of me and my friends being in emergency situation at nighttime. When they arrived, they told me that this door handle could not be unlocked and needed to be replaced. I then asked for the price. They said it £480 all included. They finished the job and charged me with 20% VAT extra. I have tried to contact the company to confirm the price, and the call centre was really rude. He gave me the contact number to ask about the price. No one responded to the call and also cut the line. In total, I paid £560 without receiving any official receipts. I paid £480 in cash and £60 by transfer. I have read reviews and I trusted your company until I got overcharged. This is very disappointing. They also rushed me to pay money because they would need to go help 70-year-old couple to get into the house at 11 pm. This could be a lie. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. OTHERWISE, THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU, PARTICULARLY IF YOU ARE FEMALE, MINORITY AND VULNERABLE PERSON.

I made an appointment with this company for a locksmith to attend our premises. I travelled 40 miles to get there for the appointment and nobody arrived. When I complained today, I was told that a voicemail had been left for me to re-schedule. But I did not receive any such voicemail.

I was quoted £80 all inclusive in the phone and the Romanian guy who came told me it's over £108 so I told him I was told £80 he then pretended to make a call to his office and confirmed £80. After he left I called the office and confirmed that it was indeed £80 and the lad had not spoke to the office.

2 call-out fees for what should have been a simple alignment. Locksmith said after first visit door was fine Not fine!! I was locked out again following week. On second visit he messed with aligning screws and told me hinge had gone and I should get a UPVC door technician to fix it. I rang my Joiner who identified what Locksmith had done to cause problem to hinge. He had battered the central screw with his battery screwdriver so much resulting in no crossthread left and turned it away the central markerpoint on the plate causing it to turn inward making the hinge jammed. Took my joiner some time get defective screw out owing not having any grip on battered head. Problem solved when this was done and my man was able to check all aligned with receiver plates on the other side of frame. Your Locksmith caused this problem, no-one has touched the screws since installation. Cost me 2 call-out charges of a total £141.60. After contacting my bank who raised a Merchant Dispute,I have got £70.80 back, the fee paid on Credit card, first fee was paid on Debit card. So still out of pocket for other fee. I would NEVER use/recommend your firm.

Locksmith took 1hr 45 mins to arrive when they stated they’d arrive within 30 mins. Admitted he didn’t have the right tools to pick my lock (which should have taken 10 mins) so needed to drill. Had my dog and 15 month old child in the garden in the rain so couldn’t really argue. Drilled through my lock, took him about 2 hours. Has damaged my door. Tried to sell me new handles which on questioning him where completely unnecessary. Then part of the lock was damaged- he said this was unrelated but very suspicious given it’s a new door and he’d just spent 2 hours drilling it. Door was also scratched and chipped. Don’t think he had a clue what he was doing, and when I questioned this, his only response was to offer me a copy of the ‘locksmiths creed’. Declined his offer to replace what was broken in the lock as I believed he was completely incompetent. Overall at my property for 3 hours. Highly disappointed. Would not use again- not sure of their quality assurance process.

Rip off, quote one price on the phone then their approved locksmith turns up 1hr 45mins late and then charges way you double for a job that took him less then 1min to drill through my steering lock, £155!! Made out it’s going to be massive job etc taking advantage of vulnerable people, When asked why is the price more he just replied it’s the company, I just work for them. Only to find out that he owns the company. Tried to make a complaint about my experience, will they listen NO, this company says I need to contact the company that came out, which I did but they haven’t responded back yet, almost a week!! Your company should take responsibility for this complaint as you placed the job with them, they are your approved locksmith, I took the service with you, please take responsibility to look in this. Thanks

Was told it would be £59 plus vat to get my lock changed then he arrived and said it would be £89 because of my door... he then drilled through the lock and told me I owe a further 80 for a lock that I paid a tenner for from screwfix....
