“Left key in house. Came within 30 mins. It was dark and was stuck out at 9pm. He rang to let me know of arrival 6 mins before. Polite and respectful, explained my options before took any action. It was more expensive than advertised by 50 pound on the phone. But I was able to get my lock off the catch for 120 without damaging my lock or frame. My key was in the house. Cheaper than my housing association which was charging 20 pounds more. I had an anti lock picking lock so it made it more expensive.”
