“Relatively quick. Came out within 2hrs to install a new lock. I was disappointed with the card payment method which the engineer is recording customers bank card details on his phone. He waited until finished then announced that his work is not under guarantee because I purchase my own lock. Would have been good to know that before starting the job.”
“I ordered some keys from Keys4U Locksmith. The keys were sent in a letter envelope which broke during transport meaning one third of the keys were missing. I contacted the company straight away and kept doing so for a month. I called, emailed, sent whatsapp messages, left voicemails... I have yet not received an amicable solution to the issue. I have used another company to change the lock as Keys4U Locksmith did not help me in this regard either. The customer service of Keys4U Locksmith stops responding once they have taken your money. I do not recommend this company.”

“I was rushing to go out in the morning and trying to lock my door the key snapped in the middle
But I didn’t lock tue door, so I had access in and out my property.
I called this guy’s and I explained my situation
I strictly asked them that I don’t want to change my lock only if they can take the rest of the key out and they said ok we will send someone there to have a look if they will take it out will be a 55£ plus VAT for this service and I agreed
Nobody told me on that phone call that if they can’t tale the ley out o still have to pay them 50£ just to come and see my door
Plus i was told 25 m someone will come and took them over 1h
So far very bad experience and the guy wasn’t leaving without payment
If you want to use this guy be prepared to pay 65 £ to just come at your door

“Managed to lock myself out of my home and contacted this company, they said they aim to be with me in 1 hr but they aim for 30 mins. 3 hrs had gone by with no communication, I called 4 times about 15 mins half an hr between each for an update to be told someone would contact me with an ETA - 3.5 hrs later the locksmith arrived to advise me that he told them he will be on a job for the next 3 hrs and to let me know but no one did, in this time I could have contacted someone else or at least got collected a family member so I wasn’t waiting out in the freezing cold.”

“Excellent service, fixed the problem in no time. Although on your advert you state no call out fee but I was charged one of £50 making a total of £120 and for a ten minute job I find that very expensive.”
“Turned up late and made an excuse , tried to tell me I needed a new lock which I didn't want , half heartedly used a piece of plastic nowhere near the yale look and said no go until I tried and was in in 3 seconds? £120 charged and feel I've been ripped off , will leave a review on the Web site to warn others , scandalous”
