I booked the service yesterday.
The call centre said it costs £59.80+VAT. Then when the staff arrived, they charged me £560.
I also just gave the call centre a call today and the call centre said I was charged £59.80+VAT which is all wrong.
My friend’s backpack was stolen so he lost the key. The company was taking advantage of me and my friends being in emergency situation at nighttime.
When they arrived, they told me that this door handle could not be unlocked and needed to be replaced. I then asked for the price.
They said it £480 all included. They finished the job and charged me with 20% VAT extra.
I have tried to contact the company to confirm the price, and the call centre was really rude.
He gave me the contact number to ask about the price. No one responded to the call and also cut the line.
In total, I paid £560 without receiving any official receipts. I paid £480 in cash and £60 by transfer.
I have read reviews and I trusted your company until I got overcharged. This is very disappointing.
They also rushed me to pay money because they would need to go help 70-year-old couple to get into the house at 11 pm. This could be a lie.

“Arrived in the time agreed. Fixed the problem however I was taken aback by the charge of £118 for sawing a padlock open and telling me I needed to replace it. The whole procedure took 2 minutes which equates to £59. a minute. Nice work if you can get it.”
