I was rushing to go out in the morning and trying to lock my door the key snapped in the middle But I didn’t lock tue door, so I had access in and out my property. I called this guy’s and I explained my situation I strictly asked them that I don’t want to change my lock only if they can take the rest of the key out and they said ok we will send someone there to have a look if they will take it out will be a 55£ plus VAT for this service and I agreed Nobody told me on that phone call that if they can’t tale the ley out o still have to pay them 50£ just to come and see my door Plus i was told 25 m someone will come and took them over 1h So far very bad experience and the guy wasn’t leaving without payment If you want to use this guy be prepared to pay 65 £ to just come at your door Scambags
