“Told me it was going to be 49.50 for labour, and £20 for the lock plus VAT. Explained it’s for a front door and when the man came he said they start at £75 not £20. Ended up being very expensive.”
“This was an appalling service. The locksmith was nearly 2 hours late. We were not informed he would be this late. I was supposed to be at work.
The cost was huge. I had been led to believe that one key for our lock would cost £29.99 + the cost of the key itself - in the end, we were charged £196 - this was 10 minutes work. I'm appalled.”

They quote one of the cheapest prices on the market and then they intimidate you to pay higher prices with bogus charges.
The guy they sent started to violently bang his tools in frustration when I told him to leave.
Read the negative reviews, those are the real ones. Word of advice, search on the Master locksmith association for a professional and avoid these cowboys.
They are not to be trusted and I’ve reported them to trading standards.”

“Called the company at 02.19. A locksmith was here 35 minutes later who fixed the problem and fitted a new lock. The engineer is a decent chap called Haim. Got my front door opened (I was locked inside as my key broke in the lock ) and he fitted a new lock . Respectful and I felt in good hands.
