Initially, in fairness, everything was fine! The quote was a good one and I was happy to accept it. However, the problems started when I went to print out my documents. It named me as 'Mr Myfanwy Scott ' instead of 'Mrs'. I rang to explain this and I was assured that it had been altered. I went back on the website to print them , but it still showed that it was incorrect. I decided to wait 10 minutes, just in case, and tried again. Same result. So, I rang back and explained the problem. Once again, I was assured that it had been altered. Again I looked on the website, and waited 10 minutes again. Same. I waited overnight. Same. When I rang the following morning, it was discovered that the problem was that although the covering letter had been changed, new documents had not been generated. She did so, and finally the documents showed me as a Mrs'! So all is well, that ends well, but it was a long and frustrating journey!

Ridiculous price quoted for 1 week cover in Cuba. Found cover elsewhere for 1/4 quote.

you did not listen too opinionated do not listen to customer only what you cannot offer dont do this dont do that only want to squeeze as much money as you can ...DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR THEIR NEEDS GREEDY>>>>>>>>>CANNOT SAY THIS WORD BUT HOPE YOU GET THE GIST

After years of being a customer.our insurance quote was almost 50percent up on last years quotes. Not good!,

Was not happy how much insurance had gone up since last year , I was not wanting to shop around so just went with price giving , having used this insurance for a number of years I felt loyalty meant nothing to them, I will definitely be shopping round next time.

Very disappointed that my insurance to the same destination, with the same medical background from 2016, had risen from £97 to £333. I understand that l am two years older( 77 ) but l find this price questionable. Could someone please explain.

Hi Mr Seymour, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your loyal custom. I'm sorry that you have had a raise in premium over the years however there are a number of factors which increase the cost of insurance premiums. As you have pointed out age is a factor along with medical conditions. Other factors which we have no control over are frequency of claims, general inflation and the weak pound. The majority of claims are paid in Euros or Dollars and the strength of the pound is a factor. Exchange rates are not great at the moment, which means claims costs are more expensive that they were two years ago. We constantly compare our prices to our competitors and we find that we are competitive for the majority of customers. I hope this goes a little way to explaining the reasons for the increase in premium. We hope you have a great trip! Kind Regards, Michael

When I read through the policy it was wrong. It said that I had a medical condition that I didn't have. Im know waiting for an agent to call me back to correct the policy. This was clearly a mistake by your agent, obviously he pressed the yes answer to a question when the answer was NO.

It could have been so much better!I was a bit confused over some of the medical questions but instead of patiently explaining this to me he just kept repeating the question as if I was a small stupid child !

I was given poor information about the cover for walking on the Inca Trail which is over 3500 metres and am still awaiting a resolution. The policy sent is useless to me and does not meet this need which I made plain in my discussion

I rang twice to try and renew but no-one was available to call me. I booked a call back but nobody called me back. Luckily when I rang a third time I did manage to speak to someone

I suffered from too many contacts from Just Travel Cover and mistakes in the quotes, which got more expensive each time. An example of the mistakes from my medical history: although I had noted that I had had two fractures in the past five years, this appeared only in the first quote and was omitted from the next two quotes. The whole process was disorganised. As I am partially deaf, I had requested E mails rather than telephone calls, but I continued to be called up to the last minute. I found this very difficult. I f I had not been dependent on Just Travel Cover as the only company that would Cover my health conditions I would have given up and found a different company.

My booking for my March 2018 cruise had the wrong date being shown for 2017 Ibrought this to your attention by visiting you office and for a while was not believed.After a while it was acknowledge that the date should have been 2018 and I was given a new policy number.A new policy sent to me had the new policy number but still showing the date as 2017.which P&O would not have acceptedI have since phoned your office and promised an amended copy.Fingers crossed G>Dixon

I am maybe to blame as I could not find my promised 15% discount code when I spoke with your agent. She asked me for the code then stated if it was a black Friday one it had expired. I have since found it with no word of black Friday it reads SAVE 15%. Your agent was very polite and spoke me through all stages so my own fault for not having code to hand.

you put up your charges due to age , yet you state there is no upper age limit?therefore you are misleading customers that there is no extra charge for age.

We do not claim that there is no charge for age. Most customers will understand that travel insurance generally becomes more expensive with age. The quote took forever and the guy asking me questions sounded like a robot. He was totally disinterested and asked me same questions several times. Im afraid he lacked any customer service skills.
