The information given on the telephone for each of the three packages is 'gabbled off' in a very fast manner making it difficult to note down what cover you are buying. When telephoning to request a copy of the three levels of cover I was advised I had to create an account, which a member of the family had to do for me, having done this we still could not view the quotes, only the other documents. We had to do a live chat, who told us to logout and back in and then she left the chat! We then had to ring and explain to two people, who had to speak with another two, all to get the quote! After thus when I purchased thd policy thd young lady coukd not answer my ladt question and oncr more I had to hold for the 'surley response'. I hope I do not have to make a claim as I am not impressed at the purchasing stage and therefore cannot believe they will be any further customer focused.

Your comments have been noted and will be passed to our Training Manager to review. I can see from our records that there was a system issue when generating your quotation documents. The documents were sent to you via an alternative secure method to allow you to view these as requested. Your online account is now active so all policy documents should be available to view online. website got stuck over look up address function and then I couldn't hear the person I had to phone.

I did my insurance on line, I paid but didn’t get my policy so I rang up a to let them no, and in the end was charged twice ,Had to ring again to sort this out still waiting for my money to go back in my account and it’s ms lawmon not mrs got it wrong again.

Was kept holding for ages, the advisor did not seem experienced and I was faced with a ridiculous cost for travel insurance, it just takes advantage of people with a terminal illness that want to travel. I am stable with my condition and it does not warrant such high premiums.

All medical screening questions are set by a specialist company and are agreed by all insurers on our panel. Ski cover included compensation for lift closure. All lifts definitely shut due to avalanche 4/5 warnings over 3 days but company refused to pay out due to small print mentioning "say due to lack of snow". Classic case of using any means feasible to avoid paying out on a claim. Not impressed!

I can see that your policy was purchased online and full details were then sent to you by email to allow you to check over the cover. All of our policies have a standard 14 day cooling off period so you can request to cancel for a full refund if you find there is something that does not meet your needs and requirements. Did not warn that the backing by TIF was, according to the recent press, a risk. Neither are they members of the Association of British Insurers

YOU HAVE DOUBLED YOUR PRICE FOR ME IN 12 MONTHS FOR SAME MEDICAL HISTORY. I AM A PENSIONER AND CANNOT AFFORD THIS. THAT'S WHY I HAD TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL. SORRY.

Rates do vary between the insurance companies that are on our panel and can go up as well as down due to a number of factors including the amount of claims made over a particular time frame. An increase in claims (amongst other things) will invariably lead to marginal increases in rates across the travel insurance sector. The benefit of dealing with us is that we will compare multiple insurers for you to find the best price we can for your own requirements at the time. As mentioned rates can fluctuate so please don’t hesitate to call us next time you need cover and once again we will search our panel of A rated insurers for you. I recently booked your cover and you got the name wrong on my documents. As I was flying the following day and it was a Sunday no one was there to assist me so I emailed you and got nothing back. Thank God nothing did happen during the hol as it didnt have my correct name on it basically i paid for useless document. I am considering requesting a refund as the document did not refer to me.

Went online and booked ,my cover . It let me open up another account with same email and can not retrieve my order. Should never let you open another account under same email , should of said you have account already set up . Now got to wait for itillary to be sent by post .

Had difficulty to see documents tried several times to enrol.so will travel without documents but have the policy number on my phone.Will not be using the company again I fact it has put me off travelling again.

Good afternoon, Sorry to hear you had difficulty using our new website. When the new website was launched in March its purpose was to simplify the quote journey and provide a smooth user journey regardless of the device used. Feedback to date has been excellent. Just so you know for next time the policy documents are displayed on screen once you have entered card details. A link is then sent to you to activate your account which enables you to access your documents at any time. We do have a live chat service and a UK call centre that are on hand until 8pm weekdays and 4pm weekends to help answer any queries – we can also send your documents out in the post upon request. I had to keep ringing to renew my policy I was passed from person to person eventually managed to get everything sorted at my expense. Will possibly be looking elsewhere next year
