I suffered from too many contacts from Just Travel Cover and mistakes in the quotes, which got more expensive each time. An example of the mistakes from my medical history: although I had noted that I had had two fractures in the past five years, this appeared only in the first quote and was omitted from the next two quotes. The whole process was disorganised. As I am partially deaf, I had requested E mails rather than telephone calls, but I continued to be called up to the last minute. I found this very difficult. I f I had not been dependent on Just Travel Cover as the only company that would Cover my health conditions I would have given up and found a different company.

Not very helpful .Had to take holiday insurance for single instead of a yearly one because of the big difference in price.

My booking for my March 2018 cruise had the wrong date being shown for 2017 Ibrought this to your attention by visiting you office and for a while was not believed.After a while it was acknowledge that the date should have been 2018 and I was given a new policy number.A new policy sent to me had the new policy number but still showing the date as 2017.which P&O would not have acceptedI have since phoned your office and promised an amended copy.Fingers crossed G>Dixon

I am maybe to blame as I could not find my promised 15% discount code when I spoke with your agent. She asked me for the code then stated if it was a black Friday one it had expired. I have since found it with no word of black Friday it reads SAVE 15%. Your agent was very polite and spoke me through all stages so my own fault for not having code to hand.

was really high price and have always had my insurance with you the next week i had a tex saying if i booked with you there was 20 per cent of so not happy regards c manners

you put up your charges due to age , yet you state there is no upper age limit?therefore you are misleading customers that there is no extra charge for age.

Our single trip insurance policies really do have no upper age limit, we cover travellers of all ages. We are in no way misleading customers, as our statement is 100% accurate. We do not claim that there is no charge for age. Most customers will understand that travel insurance generally becomes more expensive with age. The quote took forever and the guy asking me questions sounded like a robot. He was totally disinterested and asked me same questions several times. Im afraid he lacked any customer service skills.

Got quote for about £30 had to give an for two miner things jump up £47 phone back to accep quote and was told it was£57 and with the discontent still not come to £47 I had to forward the email to them got a phone call to say the £47 quote had not show up on there system but they found it and will give it a that price

During my conversation this morning I found one of the staff's attitude of not being friendly and helpful. I paid for original policy documents to be sent by post and I received poor quality photocopies. The policy schedule states destination "worldwide" I wanted it to clearly state "worldwide including USA and Canada." An email confirming this would suffice but has not received it. All insurance companies provide a plastic credit card size with emergence telephone numbers but was told that you don't provide.

I spent ages on the phone. When eventually connected, I was passed to someone else with an even longer wait! The constant repeated over and over and over talk on your voice machine drove me mad, including the speech about going on a cruise 30 times plus. Why not just say it once or twice, rather than driving people mad with repeating the same speeches? All you need is a bit of quiet background music. I don't think I could go through the process again, especially when talking to a girl who had no welcome or cheerfulness when talking.
