Broke my shoulder in an accident the day before travelling. Minimal support and refusal by insurers to pay cancellation fees, despite me being in considerable pain, unable to drive and unable to undertake planned holiday (backpacking in Pyrenees).

I had a query - long delay when I called you and I gave up in the end. Emailed asking for a call back - no response. Couple of days later, tried to call again: after a wait, I spoke with your agent and to be honest her accent was so strong, it was difficult to understand her. Ovetall. a very poor experience.

Absolute rubbish. The functionality on your website is awful and despite several efforts I have not been able to create an account and log in. Have cancelled the purchase under the 14 day cooling off period.

Dreadful unrealistic Premiums demanded. Originally I was quoted the equivalent of £1.70 per hour (!) for a five day cruise. When I was realised that the ship we were on would be visiting the Faroes for approximately 6hours (I will remain on ship) they demanded an additional £40 for each hour the ship would be in Torshaven. Are these people real. Premium demanded far exceded the insurance risks. I may have to cancel now.

Whilst we understand there was very minimal time being spent in the Faroe Islands, adding this destination does increase the overall risk to the insurer as you'd now be travelling outside of UK waters during your cruise. On the 7th February I receied a quote from Just Travel for the amount of £1417.76. I could not take immediate action until we received confirmation from Ambassador Cruise LIne of our booking enquiry. On the 8th February I received another E-mail from Just Travel offering a 10% reduction bringing the cost down to £1275.99. On the 11th February I received confirmation from Ambassador that the cruise booking was confirmed, so I immediately rang Just Travel to confirm the insurance. I was told in a rather abrupt manner that the cost of the insurnace had now been increased due to the delay on my part, and was now £1385.22-an increase of £109.23 in the space of 3 days! I reluctantly paid the full amount for fear of a further increase being imposed. Receipt was acknowledged in your E-Mail dated 11 February, although I continue to receive E-Mails from Just Travel about confirming my booking and offering a saving of 10% on travel insurnace with code FINAL 10. I am therfore unhappy with the treatment I have received and will certainly not be recommending Just Travel.

I use this company every year to insure my disabled son. This year we were quoted over £280. I paid as had no choice only to notice the date of birth was wrong and then a call to say the insurance is invalid as they can’t insure children outside of the EU. Won’t be using this company again

Great company until you have a claim then Imglobal deals with claims. Their aim seems to be to make it so difficult that you give up. I have been trying to get a settlement for more than four months for a very straightforward claim. Had received the same list of Questions three times before I got them to admit that they had got the answers.

Had to cancel as the premium shown was incorrect for the information I had put into the site and when I phoned to amend it the premium went up over £1,000 per annum!!! Not cool

Again I cannot get into my policy to print off. It keeps saying wrong email or wrong password - I’ve tried everything as has my son. I’ve had the same email address for over 30 years! I probably won’t use you again.

The system had automatically created a new account for you, as the postcode provided differs from your previous policy last year. I have removed the email from your previous account and applied it to your new one. I have sent a new email to you with instruction to create an account to enable you to login and view your policy. Took out policy 29th June with blue light discount then had emails offering 10per cent off and further email yesterday after taking policy just travel offered 12 per cent off surly you should know we have already purchased

My renewal quote for this year was 3 times last years but due to necessity I renewed however I imediately began searching for a better deal. I got a much better deal and when i rang back to cancel my renewal the lady imediately tried to beat it but couldn't get close. It would have made no difference because loyalty obviously means very little to some companies and I would have remained with the new company.
