I took out a policy, paid for it, got an email confirming it, got no documents so telephoned and the advisor said she would send them. I got an email with no documents, so phoned again, got another email but still no documents. I then lost all faith in your company, if you cannot get this right would you handle any claim in an efficient way?, I felt it better not to risk it so cancelled the policy.
