“The whole experience was easy and effortless as a customer. The operator (a young man) sorry I can remember his name was very patient and answered all my questions. I was given a great competitive quote for my holiday and will certainly use this company again.”

“I went with Just Travel because I had used them before. However this time I found it very difficult and stressful to get a quote and finally purchase my insurance on-line. Each time I went back i was unable to retrieve the quotes. I called and had a long wait, was passed to someone else and had another long wait. I then found out that although the quote itself remains valid the reference no. expires at midnight, which is why I was unable to retrieve them. I settled ona new quote, and then had difficulty paying with a credit card (I do not use Paypal etc.), without registering with some Microsoft account, which I did not want to do. I sent an email and it was sorted, but it was a lengthy and stressful process. I have given a 4 star, because the provision itself is good.”

“I am always getting messages of offers and have used you already this year so it made sense to do so again. I can’t remember the name of the lady that called me back but she was very good. I was surprised that they couldn’t use the information from my recent insurance as a template. It would have saved so much time”

“Not enough staff to deal with calls. I waited for 25 mins which included over ten mins number 1 in queue, colleague cut in suggested I leave number and would get a call back. As I was number 1 in queue I said I would wait. After 20 mins I hung up as all I could hear was music and lost my notification informing me of my place in queue. On day of taking out my policy I was 2 or 3 in queue was handled by a very good operator. Great purchased my new policy.”
