Having booked and paid for policy it failed to show on my account so was unable to download documents. Just travel not open on Saturday so waited until business was open and had to telephone to get policy details added.

Dear Mr Lester, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry you were unable to view the documents in your account originally. I can see our system had created a separate account for you as your previous account did not include your middle name. If a name, address or date of birth is different, the system will create a brand new account. As we can only use one email per customer account, the email would only work on the original account. I can see the advisor you spoke to did merge your two accounts enabling you to log in and view your current policy as well as any previous policies. Just got a quote for a trip to India. Came at over £6K. Ridiculous price. When I had to have hospital treatment in India before, 3 days in a private room was less than the excess of £500 on my policy. So I couldn't claim anyway. No sign of shared risk with these people.

Dear Shaun, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have accessed your quotation and can see you had chosen to exclude baggage & cancellation cover. When this is selected our website will only show policies that have this option. However, we do have an insurer at a lot more of a competitive price but they automatically include baggage and cancellation at no extra cost on their Silver & Gold policies therefore when we tick to exclude, they aren't shown on the panel. Felt like I was in a police interview??? Surely buying insurance should be a little more pleasurable?? Shame the advisor was so stern and came across very unhappy.

Felt operator was too curt and also difficult to understand.Not happy at having to pay £100 extra for an outpatient appointment to see if cataract needs attention or not,this was after she had given me a £20 discount and i have used you for 3 or 4 trips prior to this but do not think i will be using you again after this trip.

Thought we would get a better price based on loyalty from last year we were contacted by E Mail after waiting till holiday was due to be paid your E mailer said he would see what he could do about the premium cost he did not get back to us. We are about to book a turkey holiday next month

Got my birth date wrong by 10 years. Asked them to check telephone call to confirm it was their mistake but price increased by 25% even if it was their mistake

These days travel insurance is a necessary evil. I am restricted in the insurance as I have a medical condition. Just Travel Cover are the best of a bad bunch. I have never claimed on insurance so I am just pure profit for them. This is not a ringing endorsement. I find their website easy to use.

Tried to get access to account, requested help, given one hour to create password ,why why why. didnt get that done in time, and then after e-mails got a text message that meant nothing at all, not impressed

It would have been 4/11. I must have got a trainee, as she insisted on laboriously going through every bit of my medical history after I told her to add late-onset Type 2 diabetes to the history. This is the 4th time I have used you. 45 minutes into the call and we had not even discussed cover. She kept putting me on hold while she went to ask someone else. I grew impatient and told her I didn't understand why she was going over all this, as this had not happened the 2nd and 3rd time. I said that I wanted cruise cover, such that if I tested positive on board, I wanted the cost of the quarantine hotel and flight home covered. She told me the insurance wouldn't cover that and the cruise line would cover it. This is just plain wrong. At this point, I told her I wanted to speak to the person to whom she kept asking for information. After some waiting, I got through, and it was done and dusted in less than ten minutes. This call took over an hour, and as it was on my landline would have cost me about ten quid. I am very unhappy about all this. Mike Lewington

Dear Mrs Dunster, Thank you for your review and I'm sorry you have not yet received your documents. I can see they were posted on Tuesday 11th October. This would have been posted 2nd class due to the start date of your trip not being within the next 2 weeks. There have been Royal Mail strikes which may mean your documents arriving later than usual. It took a very long time...about 2 hours at least ..... to get a person to discuss travel insurance. . Once my call was accepted the Just Travel executive was efficient and I arranged payment...but to date I have recieved no correspondence from Just Travel confirming the cover which is a major concern and worries me. I am also looking for travel insurance for myself and my wife as we are going on a P& O cruise from Southampton leaving on 3rd January2023 going to Sydney Australia arriving February 23rd and then spending three weeks in Australia before flying home....Tesco have given me a quote promptly and efficiently and I would Just Travel to give a quote. Please arrange.

You should have received an email after your purchase, prompting you to do so.
