I've dealt with you for 10 years and had wonderful service. But this time the lady I spoke to was very unpleasant and spoke to me as if Iwere trash. I can't remember her name.

I want to print out my documents prior to my holiday but no I have to create an account. Never used to be so difficult in the past. I've put in my gmail address and then it wants a password but no where to put it. AHGGG

Cancelled policy. Last year including cruise cover £122. This year no cruise cover £157. Seems like regular customers get ripped off. Gave two stars as staff members were very efficient in organising and the n cancelling policy.

I have investigated this for you but can confirm the prices quoted this year, are the most competitive prices currently on our panel for the details provided on your quotation. This did also include a 12% discount which we currently have on offer. The prices are subject to change as we have a panel of multiple insurers and the scheme we placed you with in 2022 is no longer available on the panel. The price also depends on different age brackets, the type of policy, destination/duration of the trip and medical history. Dear Mr Luxton, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We can only use one email per customer account. As the email provided was used on a policy in 2022 under a different name, it couldn't be used for your new policy. As the policy from 2022 has now expired, I have removed from this account and applied to yours. Just Travel quote was four and a half more expensive than last year’s Just Travel premium. No discount offered for loyalty. Enquired about a single trip policy and then compared it with an Annual Policy elsewhere - the annual policy quote elsewhere was less than the Just Travel single trip quote. Have found a like for like Annual policy elsewhere for a reasonable and fair price. Sorry, but you’ve lost loyal customers and I would not recommend you in the future

I saw the quote was for European travel cover and paid for it but was surprised to see the destination written as France instead of Europe and no mention of Europe cover like I saw in the quote . I now have to wait with bated breath to see if my Schengen visa will be approved because of this error.

the instruction to finish the application with a telephone call meant a repeat of the info I did online, some difficulty in understanding our conversation, and having to accept all terms without having the chance to read and digest them.

Dear Mr Buckley, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. There are certain scenarios where out website will prompt you to call our office to complete a quotation. This is due to us being a broker, we have a number of insurers on our panel, who may have different terms & conditions. You do have a 14-day cooling off period from the date you receive your documents, during this time you can request a full refund provided you have not travelled or claimed. Cover jumped from £96 to £316 upon renewal. Was on auto renew so totally didn't realise it had renewed automatically. I feel ripped off and won't make this mistake again

Tried 4 times on the phone, when I managed to talk to someone, the lady seemed to think that a one off accident to a hand ( stitches) was an ongoing medical condition, over a year later ! I hung up on her. A case of no training,or lack of intelligence.

In relation to our medical screening, our medical declaration asks if you have had any treatment, been prescribed medication or attended a medical practitioner's surgery in the last 5 years. Although it may be minor and may have resolved now, if it is within the last 5 years we are required to declare it. To be honest I am disappointed. I have used Just Travel regularly for my holiday insurance. This time, I arranged holiday insurance for July '24, but unfortunately had to move the holiday to September '24 instead. When I asked to amend the dates, I was told it would cost me 30% of the insurance cost PLUS £25 admin fee. So it cost me around £150 just to change the dates by a couple of months. The reason given was that the new dates were 'outside the binding period' so it was regarded as a cancellation and new booking. This seems very unfair to me - a fresh booking was exactly the same cost as the original, so how can there be any genuine justification in bleeding me out of that much money when I simply want to change the dates of the holiday? It's very rare that I move a holiday once it is booked, but I don't believe it should come at such a high penalty for such a minor change that is still so far in advance. I will think twice about where I get my travel insurance in future.

I was disappointed to find that the bronE cover this year cost more than £159 more than previously and did not cover the same. The silver cover now appears to cover what the old.bronze cover did

Dear Mr Harding, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see your previous policy with us, purchased in 2021, was on our Unity Travel scheme underwritten by AIG. The policy you have purchased this year is on our Good2Go Extra scheme underwritten by Red Sands Insurance. The Bronze, Silver & Gold levels of cover differ depending on the insurer. Insurance premiums can fluctuate and are based on several factors such as the type of policy, destination, trip duration, age and medical history. I gave a poor rating because I had great difficulty in understanding the girl who was making the booking. I could not follow what she was saying & had to ask her several times to clarify for me. I had a very poor experience as a result.
