I'm very wary of all insurers so Just Travel Cover is not being singled out. I consider the price to be pretty outrageous tbh . I also suspect that I pay over the odds as I'm over 70 years of age which isn't particularly fair as I'm quite fit and well.

I tried to use the online way to put the details into the document when it froze! Reverted to the phone and had a hazardous conversation with a, what sounded to be a young lady, with Liverpool accent. Had to ask her to speak more clearly, and repeat the questions and to slow down the speed of her words per minute, so me and my disabled wife could answer her questions.

I bought and paid for the policy and a week later I had an email from you asking if I wanted to continue with buying the policy!! And the policy -for 15 days only - was £1,382 which had already cleared my account. I wasn't too impressed with that.

Used them last year very good,but this time they got my email address wrote down wrong. So I had to ring up because I hadn't received my insurance policy this is how I found out about my email being wrong.

I was happy with the service, apart from the fact that i requested a paper copy of the policy. I was assured this would be sent to me, but I have not received it.

My insurance is rather expensive. You communicate by email but just because a body has an email address. It does not follow that they can access the information or have a printer.

I am satisfied with the insurance cover, but your website would not accept my card payment. When I contacted my bank I was told that the problem lay with your website.

I had to wait over a week for an email with the insurance policy details and only got it then because I was chasing them. I requested a copy through the post and I am still waiting. The staff a very nice but the customer contact and correspondence doesn't match them.

things that are really annoying - I have to declare that I had a malignant mole removed 12 years ago and that I have b12 deficiciency. The cost is then very expensive but I am not going to get a malignant mole or suffer from b12 deficiency on a weeks holiday in Tenerife !!!!! It's so frustrating. The costs are just soaring

You cover for pre-existing conditions however, I find the empathy on questioning totally lacking, year on year, ‘the computer says no’ attitude is the norm! When will insurance realise people who have survived cancer still want to live a full life. And shouldn’t need to pay for the rest of their lives ! That said it’s expensive and doesn’t cover off the cuff activities but it’s sadly competitive with the few others that will give me any cover.
