“Disappointing, I had email from Just Travel, back in September offering me 20% discount if I bought before 30th September. However, when I phoned to buy he told me that offer was no longer available, I did explain that I had only got email that day and it was till the 30th, very blunt with me so I hung up. However, because I had good service before and I had further email saying 15% discount, I bought my policy.”

“One of the dates was wrong and when I tried to change it on the website it wouldn’t let me and when you phone up you are in a queue .”

“Very disappointed with my recent purchase of a week's travel at Christmas. I was told that the cost would be covered to a total of £1500. The holiday is costing £1555 and I wasn't too bothered about the extra £55 loss. However when I received the paperwork the holiday is covered only up to £1250. Very disappointed!!!”

“The cover provided is excellent but the agents handling the call were very poor, extremely frustrating and difficult to understand. Had to raise a formal complaint. This was handled very well and exceeded our expectations. If Just Travel could improve their agents call handling it would be 5*.”
