“I was disappointed that I could not complete my purchase of travel insurance online after what, had up to the poinI wanted to pay, been a vert straightforward process. I then had to phone and waited for too long a time on hold. However, when i could speak to someone she was able to access all the information I had submitted online and dealt with the payment and issueing further advice very well so points, kjudos and my appreciation to her.”

“I have been with just travel for a number of years and have always been satisfied with the service you provide but there are a couple of niggles on the medical declaration side that I am not too happy with such as the fact that I had cancer 10 years ago and haven't had any treatment for 5 years yet it still has to be declared also I had a hip replacement 3 years ago and everything is fine yet still has to be declared i am hard of hearing yet still has to be declared i don't think I am likely to die with any of these conditions so that's my moaning out the way despite all that I will still be using Just Travel for my next trip cheers”

We wanted to let you know that, as of today, we have updated our medical screening questions. The previous “Ever” questions have now changed to cover only the last 5 years, and the previous “In the last 5 years” questions have now been reduced to the last 2 years.
