I was told by two different operators) on 3rd April and 15th April) that a paper copy of the insurance would be sent - it wasn't. I then made another call and Beth promised to put one in the post straight away. Ref: INSTP/JT/005178/2019

This insurance was bought via Quidco with the promise of 12% cashback. You then declined to pay the cashback. I think this is a fraudulent way of getting custom and I shall probably use AllClear in the future.

I can see from your record that although your policy was purchased via Quidco, you have applied an additional discount code to your quotation. As mentioned on the Quidco website, there can be a number of situations that will stop you earning cashback. One of these is if you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your cashback to be declined or reduced e.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount. This was purchased via Quidco on an offer from you of 8% cashback. You then declined the cashback. I feel it is fraudulent to obtain custom by the promise of cashback then going back on your word. I doubt that I will ise Just Travel Cover again.

although service was good I had to cancel my policy the next day as when reading the policy document I realised we were not covered to ride our motorbike. No where in the online quote or during my conversation with the telephone adviser did our mode of travel come up. Surely this should be one of the first questions asked along with where you are going? I wasted 2 hours with doing the quote, the medical assessment and then phoning up the next day!!

Although our website does not ask for a mode of travel, we do ask if you are taking part in any sports or hazardous activities. Motorcycling would be classed as a hazardous activity. Good morning, Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback. I can see that you have chosen a Bronze policy which does provide a lower level of cover. We do have other levels of cover with different policy cover available however to increase your cover, this will also increase your policy premium. We use a panel of A rated insurers and always ensure we are providing the best policy based on your needs and requirements. Last year I took out policies in two names, my name (to include my disabled adult son) and my wife's name, both using our one email address. Tried to do the same this year but had to resort to contact on telephone as, no matter how hard I tried, I could not access my account. It now transpires that you cannot have one email address for policies in two separate names and you have set up just one account, but in my wife's name. Very frustrating.

Following changes to GDPR in 2018, the online account was introduced to increase security and protect customer details. Each account must have a unique email address and the email address cannot be used in conjunction with another account - this again increases security. I can see that you and your family have had multiple policies with us. If you only have access to one email address and in future would like to view all policy details in the online account, we can process a policy for all travellers together instead of separate policies. This way everyone is listed on one set of documents which will be available to view in the online account. If you have an alternative email address, we can add this to your policy to allow you to set up your own account. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Dear Mrs Mcloughlin, Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback. Unfortunately rates can fluctuate due to a number of reasons including age, medical conditions and the type of trip you intend to take. Naturally some of these will change every time you take out insurance. As an insurance broker, we will always compare multiple specialist, A Rated insurers and provide three levels of cover for each (bronze, silver and gold) to try and find you the level of cover you need at a price that is acceptable. The information given on the telephone for each of the three packages is 'gabbled off' in a very fast manner making it difficult to note down what cover you are buying. When telephoning to request a copy of the three levels of cover I was advised I had to create an account, which a member of the family had to do for me, having done this we still could not view the quotes, only the other documents. We had to do a live chat, who told us to logout and back in and then she left the chat! We then had to ring and explain to two people, who had to speak with another two, all to get the quote! After thus when I purchased thd policy thd young lady coukd not answer my ladt question and oncr more I had to hold for the 'surley response'. I hope I do not have to make a claim as I am not impressed at the purchasing stage and therefore cannot believe they will be any further customer focused.

I did my insurance on line, I paid but didn’t get my policy so I rang up a to let them no, and in the end was charged twice ,Had to ring again to sort this out still waiting for my money to go back in my account and it’s ms lawmon not mrs got it wrong again.

Was kept holding for ages, the advisor did not seem experienced and I was faced with a ridiculous cost for travel insurance, it just takes advantage of people with a terminal illness that want to travel. I am stable with my condition and it does not warrant such high premiums.

Ski cover included compensation for lift closure. All lifts definitely shut due to avalanche 4/5 warnings over 3 days but company refused to pay out due to small print mentioning "say due to lack of snow". Classic case of using any means feasible to avoid paying out on a claim. Not impressed!

I can see that your policy was purchased online and full details were then sent to you by email to allow you to check over the cover. All of our policies have a standard 14 day cooling off period so you can request to cancel for a full refund if you find there is something that does not meet your needs and requirements. YOU HAVE DOUBLED YOUR PRICE FOR ME IN 12 MONTHS FOR SAME MEDICAL HISTORY. I AM A PENSIONER AND CANNOT AFFORD THIS. THAT'S WHY I HAD TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL. SORRY.

Rates do vary between the insurance companies that are on our panel and can go up as well as down due to a number of factors including the amount of claims made over a particular time frame. An increase in claims (amongst other things) will invariably lead to marginal increases in rates across the travel insurance sector. The benefit of dealing with us is that we will compare multiple insurers for you to find the best price we can for your own requirements at the time.
