Last year I took out policies in two names, my name (to include my disabled adult son) and my wife's name, both using our one email address. Tried to do the same this year but had to resort to contact on telephone as, no matter how hard I tried, I could not access my account. It now transpires that you cannot have one email address for policies in two separate names and you have set up just one account, but in my wife's name. Very frustrating.
