“All my items arrived in very weak cardboard, wrapped in way too much cello tape, couldn't even recycle the box. Everything inside was loose, not wrapped or secured with anything. Luckily nothing was damaged.”

“Good prices, I appreciate the free delivery threshold being low which means I have ordered more than I otherwise would have and the dispatch is quick. However, two things have let it down - firstly dispatching my latest order with an item missing. Secondly the absolutely ridiculous amount of plastic packaging used. Could paper and brown paper tape instead of sellotape be used. Am excessive amount of bubble wrap! Puts me off ordering when I'm conscious about my impact on the environment.”

“The product is great. However it took a long time to arrive & although confirmation email gives a tracking number this doesn’t work & when emailing customer services it takes ages for a reply to be received. So I wasn’t convinced I would receive anything. Haven’t used Justmylook before and based on this first experience I doubt I’ll use it again.”

“I did have a problem with my delivery, it seemed very hit and miss, I was trying to track my parcel only to find it was at my next door neighbour whom I do not get on with and have no communication with. So please do not send any parcels to 111 Havengore, 105 will always take them in for me. Other than that the product itself is excellent as I like L’Oréal products anyway. My hair seems a lot smoother and lighter.”

“I have shopped here a hand full of times and I’ve always been pleased! However I bought a couple bottles of hygiene spray and one came leaked out, almost nothing left in bottle! I took pictures, sent them and got no response back! I will continue to shop with you but I think my concern should be rectified. Shauna”

“Purchased the redken extreme anti snap shampoo, conditioner and treatment bundle as my hair was like candyfloss, a mass of knots after washing and breaking off during styling. It's early days (2 weeks) but I am so far impressed. My shoulder length,fine bleached and coloured hair is feeling in better condition less dry, less fly away and I feel like it's less affected by humidity. My scalp can react to a lot of products but no signs of irritation so far.I still have some hair loss when brushing but this has reduced. Yes this is more pricey than some but I have spent a fortune on products that didn't deliver and the shampoo and conditioner are very rich so will probably even itself out as I use less.so overall so far so good. I plan on writing another review once I finish the bottles to share longer term outcomes. Purchase was easy and delivery prompt well done justmylook.com”

“This product has sadly changed, it doesn’t smell the same, not a great smell either and it’s not creamy anymore slightly watery. I’ve used argon plus unique for such a long time, early days with this new product whether I’d buy again.”

“Bought shampoos. Prompt delivery, product as expected. Unfortunately, one bottle was open and shampoo was smeared over bottles and inside of packaging. I contacted customer services twice but no esponse so mediocre rating.”

“My rating is not the product per se as the I frequently use the brand anyway. That said, it is my first time using Justmylook and the reason for this was because of the special offer of a goodie bag when you spend over £20 on said item. Yes it also highlighted 'whilst stock lasts' yet no goodie bag or apology email...for me I found it to be a way of getting orders - cynical I may be but how many others chose to purchase for the same reason. I am fully aware of how Epos systems work and know this message can be removed at zero stock - just saying!”
