Good prices, I appreciate the free delivery threshold being low which means I have ordered more than I otherwise would have and the dispatch is quick. However, two things have let it down - firstly dispatching my latest order with an item missing. Secondly the absolutely ridiculous amount of plastic packaging used. Could paper and brown paper tape instead of sellotape be used. Am excessive amount of bubble wrap! Puts me off ordering when I'm conscious about my impact on the environment.
