“One of the items leaked during the posting process. I have emailed Justmylook but as yet not had a response. The other items were in tact. Delivery was quick.”

“The product is very good, - but I only received 1 item instead of 3. Sent a pic on attachment of delivery bag with the 1 item I received (which is mandatory). They refunded for the 2 missing items with mention that it turned out they only had one of these items left when I ordered.”

“Didn't recieve my full order and then communication with them has been like trying to plait fog. I got asked to take a photograph of the original packaging nearly 2 weeks after recieving the order. Why would I have kept the box lying round? Bonkers. Still not got my missing item, that I paid for. Disappointed is an understatement.”

“Everything was good easy ordering delivery exactly when stated and correct but saying you are getting a free gift bag worth £29.30 and showing a picture of full size product and then sending little tiny tester samples is very deceiving so a great disappointment. Don not like mis-leading dis honest marketing,”

“Products were great. One item was missing from my order. When I checked back on the website it said out of stock. It was a nightmare trying to get a response from customer service. I rang over 20 times and no one picked up the phone. I tried commenting on Facebook and was told the social team doesn't have access to orders. Why not it's overall customer service? I finally got a response and got a refund.”

“Everything came. No broken items however the delivery was supposed to be 2days max. I waited around 5 days for the package. Other than that everything was amazing!”

“Overall alright, just an issue with an OPI colour. The picture on the website doesn't match the colour I received and the customer service said it's alright because the pictures are just " illustration purposes only" which I believe it's not fair, I wouldn't have ordered that colour as doesn't suit me at all.”

“I was really impressed with the speed of delivery, then I realised an item was missing. Customer service said it was out of stock and they would chase up with dispatch.. so that was good. Then about a week later an email came through advising of a refund for this item. Was really disappointed as I was expecting this item. Plus, there was no apology for the cancellation, so my experience started off as 5 star and then end up an average 3 star.”

“I ordered 4 items, 3 of them only came and half of them the packaging was unopened, then because one didn't come so I requested new one I got it quick which is good but in the completely different shade then what I ordered so I went on my order and turns out they changed my shade on my order because It was sold out when I requested for it they didn't tell me about the order change so I just kept it so i wouldn't make a hastle of it.”
