“I have ordered few items for hair , I got a parcel wet , because half of one spray came out, it wasn't packed well. I got my parcel in a 10 days only, It would be alright, just it was promised other term”

“You need to be so careful with Matrix so silver, the tiniest amount got in the side of my eye while in the shower, washed it straight away and I got 2 mini blisters that lasted a few hours. The comfort heavenly necture smells so good and lasts on the clothes & my free matrix product leave in treatment is good aswell. The only reason for 3 stars was because delivery time is to long(in cork ireland for ref)”

“The product to a while to start it's journey and so it arrived a little late. Their customer service feels like AI and is awful. It just seems to regurgitate general information available on the website. The delivery by an Post was excellent and I've increased my rating for that. The product is fine although the bottle looks different than the one on the website. But I think it's genuine. Overall great prices but awful customer service.”

“Fast dispatch but one of the items sent did not match the image on the website. it was the correct brand of shamppo+conditioner but different type. They wanted me to send it back before dispatching a new one and I just couldn't be bothered.”

“Disappointed as the perfume does not smell as I remember 😕 It was decent value, and I will still use but only as an occasional wear. I guess they have changed it over the years. Just Look is great though, quick ordering and fast delivery.”

“I ordered the wrong shade of eyebrow pencil as the online picture matched the wrong shade to the wrong product. When I asked for it to be replaced they said I would have to pay for returns which I didn't think was fair even though they accepted the website shade was incorrect.”

“Good value and great selection of products, but slow delivery and poor customer experience with tracking & communication. Have ordered twice and both times I received the “review your purchase” email before the items had arrived. The tracking info provided is not accurate and the delivery time is very long. I complained to the customer service team and found them to be very helpful and responsive. I would be reluctant to order from this site again due to the delivery and tracking issues.”

“I ordered a bulb n roots shampoo and conditioner set to be refunded for the shampoo without been told or given a choice about it, if I'd of had a choice I would of liked to be refunded for the full set... What good is a conditioner without shampoo? This was a birthday present and now they only have half of it. Disappointed in the lack of communication”

“I took away the stars for the packaging and protection of the products, everything was spilled, the unscrewed bottle was poorly secured, I lost most of the ordered liquid. But .... original product with fast delivery so I recommend”
