Great value gift set Beautiful gift box, unique bottle and great JML price. This was a blind buy and it reminds me of an old lacoste perfume. I do not think it agreed with my skin - I could not smell vanilla and was not long lasting. Longevity on clothing is better plus the dry down was nicer with a lot of time. Unfortunately, it’s not a perfume I will be reaching for.

Arrived promptly although disappointed with product (Michael Kors perfume) fragrance does not last did question if this was a genuine product or copy but assured it was genuine- but guess they would say that!

Paid a next day delivery rapid post. It come 3 days later. Product was amazing but the quality of delivery maybe not so much.

Initially everything was great, ordering was simple, the products were great value and delivery was free and next day, what more could I want. Sadly my item arrived damaged, customer services were great and a few back n forth and a return was organised. This is were it then went down hill, I've been told after them having my returned FAULTY item for 3 days I need to allow up to 14 days for the return to process. This I feel is far to long and never mentioned prior to returning, it has really dulled the whole experience. I won't be quick to order from you again, such a shame :0(

Should have received parcel this morning it was sent to Harrogate by mistake so haven't received it yet! Hope to receive it soon.

All the years I have bought this stuff this time it has white lumps in it..which is left all over the skin after using it

My first order they just refunded me without any notice then I had to order a more expensive version a d delivery again was 3 days late after laying for Sam say dispatch! But they refunded. MY delivery charge

Great website and great prices, I've used it quite a few times but disappointed with my most recent purchase as it advertised a free gift (dermalogica) if spending over a certain amount which I did, free next day delivery is a bonus but received today and no free gift. I had found the product on another website cheaper but really wanted to try the products in the free gift so decided to pay the extra and get it from justmylook but now wish I'd brought it elsewhere at the cheaper price. I am aware it says 'whilst stocks last' however why not just remove the free gift advertisement when it has run out, or was it just forgotten (I'll never know) so overall great website just don't get your hopes up on the free gifts advertised!

I was very pleased with my purchase overall. The prices were excellent, and I found them to be very competitive. However, I was quite disappointed with the delivery service. I bought the products in preparation for a trip, but it took five days for the items to be dispatched. As a result, I was unable to use them as intended, which defeated the purpose of my purchase. This was my first experience shopping with your store, and unfortunately, it did not leave me satisfied. Kind regards,

regular customer & always recommend people to the website. had an issue with an aftershave i have recieved it’s come with a missing top & half empty! emailed to complain and basically being fobbed off saying it’s definitely brand new & unused etc. customer service Rosei is shocking with responses. i have pictures to prove it’s missing a lid as it’s silver on the website & the one i have received is black but apparently ‘ images on our website are for illustration purposes only and the colour of the automizer can vary’ - makes no sense! definitely half empty as i can shake the bottle and feel it but i’ve also been told it’s an areosol even though it’s an aftershave!

I only have one complaint and it has to do with your automated system. It turns out you have a cellphone for me, which I must have provided long ago when my own was out of order. That number is not mine but it can't be seen or updated on my profile. I have tried with your (robotic) chat, which sent me to your site messaging service and then to an email, all robotic, and I had to insert all my information EVERY TIME. I finally got a human reply, telling me they had updated my phone number. But the next time I made a purchase I could only pay by reporting a code you sent AGAIN to the wrong phone number (which belongs to a family member who I have to inconvenience every time and might not always be available!!!). After a couple of messages the human agent told me ¨Apologies, it seems the number is being auto populated vis Shop Pay. Unfortunately this is not something we have any control over¨. (!!!) When I asked her to escalate this issue I was told to ¨please send over an email FAO a manager and this will be passed over for you.¨ I am fed up of dealing with this and wasting my time so I gather I won't be able to buy from you until it is sorted out. You might want to check your system though, I might not be the only disgruntled customer.

I purchased color wow dream cocktail which I received with a faulty pump which didn’t work, messaged them about it with a clear video showing problem took 5 days to ask me to return & when received they would send out a replacement not good customer service

Product was as described however website stated free next day delivery if ordered by 6pm. I ordered 4pm Monday and parcel finally arrived Friday. Not helpful if you require the product immediately.

I was sold an old Bioderma product. Checked on Freshcheck.com and it was 3 years, 5 months and 21 days out of date. I forwarded the reply I received from Bioderma UK and Justmylook expected me to return the product to them. Just a hassle as I have to find suitable packaging and drop off at the Post Office. I won't be purchasing from them again.

I bought from JustmyLook to avoid using Amazon. The products and service were very good. But such a shame about the huge amount of plastic that my tiny products were wrapped in for delivery. It would be 5 out of 5 if you could reduce packaging and ditch the plastic. Thanks.

The mascara was just ok. It seems a bit thin really to lengthen lashes. Maybe it will improve after I’ve used it a bit more but not overly impressed.
