“The product I selected had a different picture on the website to what I received although the description would of been correct. I believed I was buying a gift set that was shown as having and additional product as part of that package (the red boxed gift set for the original good girl) but what actually arrived was in a normal perfume box with the 80 ml and additional 10 ml travel size I believe as its a birthday present I haven't took it out of the cellophane which brings me on yo my next negative. The item was deliver by Royal Mail who at one time I would of thought my parcels in safe hands. My ring door bell proves not as I was unable to get to the door I answered the doorbell and asked him to place my parcel on my step, the postie can be heard saying I'll just put it here and basically can be seen chucking it behind a plant pot! Well I just hope the bottles are in one piece when my daughter opens the cellophane on her birthday next month. I would of complained to Royal Mail directly but I know from previous interaction this wouldn't have any affect whatsoever. Maybe some sort of tape stating fragile items included may of been helpful but still would think they'd have the sense to place the item on the ground rather that throwing it.”

“Well I am not happy with deliveries. Before you purchase says if you order before specific time if it will be next day delivery, both times after purchase this changed and I didnt get traffic dets for neither of the parcels which I am annoyed anout”

“I don't usually write reviews but overall I was quite disappointed with the experience I had this time around. I received an email with an offer I was very excited about and made a purchase meeting the requirements soon after receiving the email. The items I ordered arrived quickly but without the free item the offer had advertised. When I emailed to ask why I hadn't received the free product, I was met with an apology (which I appreciated) and was told they would send something else to make up for it. A bundle of items came, which was a nice gesture, but once this arrived it seemed to be unwanted stock (and one of the products looked like it had already been used) I also never received an answer as to why the original offer was not fulfilled. The offer is still ongoing weeks after my order, and I'm continuing to receive emails advertising it, so I'm disappointed that they didn't just send the product that was meant to be part of the offer, or at the least explain why the offer wasn't fulfilled on my order. It's not the end of the world, and I did appreciate the gesture, but it did put a dampener on my experience as a whole and has made me a little apprehensive about shopping here going forward.”
