“Item received damaged , have had to send back before you will Post another one out - very long winded procedure ! The item was bought for someone else - to which I’ve now had a lengthy delay in giving it to them ! Very poor customer service - you even asked if I wanted to keep the damaged item that I pad full price for and offer me a 10% discount on my next order lol”
