I did have a problem with my delivery, it seemed very hit and miss, I was trying to track my parcel only to find it was at my next door neighbour whom I do not get on with and have no communication with. So please do not send any parcels to 111 Havengore, 105 will always take them in for me. Other than that the product itself is excellent as I like L’Oréal products anyway. My hair seems a lot smoother and lighter.
