Ordered it as it said 48 hour delivery and it was not even sent out to be shipped by just my look for 3 days which was annoying as I need it for a certain date. Not reliable

Disappointed with not receiving 1 item from my large order.Instead it was charged for & a much cheaper item was dispatched, with original item still on the invoice.I had to photograph, package print off label & return item to start my resolution.Original order was for a birthday gift & large enough to qualify for express shipping. Customer service is long & frustrating & sends you in a loop, I’d prefer to speak with a human.

Cool item and shipping side great. However. The product won't cut my hair. It burns a lot and won't take to scalp. Purchase wasn't what I expected.

Bad experience I received a perfume that was not at all same smell as the original. I wanted to return it but they refused to charge or refund it.

Ordered shampoo and conditioner set as part as a present but unfortunately when I unpackaged it the top of the shampoo bottle was missing and it had leaked everywhere! Reported it twice with photo evidence and have not heard a thing back! The product is great but it’s half gone and can’t be given as a gift!

Brought 2 large tins of Tigi hairspray and neither work. Not the fault of justmylook as obviously they don’t test them but it’s still £25 down the drain

The products I ordered are excellent, the quality is undeniable. The bad part is the delay in delivery. They even sent one of my products open, and 1/4 of the Loccitane oil I ordered leaked out.

They sent me the wrong shade powder. When i sent an email too customer review they told me my order was wrong when i had given them proof that the powder was in the wrong shade. Didn't try too resolve it.

I didn't plan to leave a review but I keep getting emails from JustMyLook to review them, so here you go. Bad experience overall. Great prices which I'm sad I'll miss out on but I will avoid ordering from here again due to ambitious promises not being met, a difficult customer service to speak to and a suspicious review system. I've ordered twice, first time was fine (was impressed even) but I did receive a suspciously empty product with a broken seal... As it was 99p on sale I didnt bother chasing it, although I did raise a fault product request which was ignored, I did provide pictures. I would've liked some sort of response to explain why the product was basically empty and opened. I mentioned this in a review for the product, as maybe it was just a fault on the product but they refused the review it seems as I don't see it on the site. Second parcel includes a product that may or may not have been opened, pretty hard to tell. I decided I didn't want to follow it up considering how they ignored my first request. This package was also FULL of bubble wrap, when the first one wasn't. Not sure why they'd do that, I do really appreciate protecting the products (I'd do the same) but the amount of wrap they included in this parcel was excessive. Also, they promise 48 hour delivery: I waited almost a week for my parcel with no updates. The only update I got was Royal Mail finally telling me it's out for delivery. Overall, I don't get a trusting feeling with this company: first ignoring a faulty product request regarding an opened and pratically empty product and then being silent with my order. And on top of that, they screen reviews of products. That seems suspicious.

The length of time of delivery was not what was described. Delivery was stated as ‘Royal Mail 48 Tracked (same day dispatch before 6:00 pm)’ it was ordered before 6pm , not despatched for 2 days , and took 5 days to arrive . Not at all happy. Would have used another site for quicker delivery time if known.

Overall okay - I wasn’t happy with the quality of the spray tan solution I ordered, the Bondi Sands Ultra Dark. I contacted customer services and they told me they couldn’t do anything as I had already opened it(how else would I know it wasn’t any good?) I then followed it up and they offered 10% off my next order. The delivery was quick and rest of the products were good but overall won’t be ordering again.

I think I bought for the first time from jml and received my big bottle of Cetaphil cleanser broken I have to put the pump on every time cant take it for travel as of course it will leak so had to buy another bottle. Apart from that everything was fine.

Ordering from Justmylook was easy and delivery was relatively quick. However, I was sent the wrong product. When I brought this to their attention, I was asked to return the incorrect product (fine) and once received they would post me the correct product. I have questioned this, as I do not believe that I should be out of product through an error or their part. So far there is no confirmation as to whether the correct item has been shipped.

I’m sorry to make this review as I’ve been a happy customer for many years, but their customer service isn’t good - I made a purchase and within 15 minutes, asked for it to be cancelled but they still dispatched it the next day. I’ve worked for a cosmetics company so I am absolutely certain that you can action an order cancellation, especially if it’s straight after and if it hasn’t been processed yet. Also annoying that they don’t facilitate the returns process.

The products are good however sadly their customer service isn’t great which is very sad. When a customer has a problem it takes a long time to get the problem solved. I’ve had a few issues hence my review. I choose the products as they are the ones myself and my family like. A customer service telephone number would be a plus . No incentive for valued customer purchases. I’ve spent over £200 in 3 transactions at the beginning of this April 2025 now they advertise a free gift with a £70 purchased which I’m not able to take advantage of unless i spend another £70 which at the moment I don’t need after spending over £200 . Customer service not willing to send a gift - perhaps I’m being an awkward customer . They say I’m a valued customer but I don’t feel like one - no free gift and I’ve never been sent a discount code in all the sales I’ve made over the last two years
