Hi! I was so excited to start using this long 4 lashes serum as it was recommended by a friend. It’s been two weeks now and I still haven’t seen any difference. I will continue though but not getting the results I was expecting

twice I had issues with them . Yes, items are affordable and good, but when it comes to customer service and reliability, don't bother. I had an order of over 10-15 items, got two delivered (not even my order). Had to wait over two weeks for the issue to be solved. All I got was just sorry, not even a discount, a small free gift to say sorry for messing your order delivery up. Shocking!! In 2024 ...to mess it up so badly , it's shocking!! Imagine looking forward to open the items you were desperate for to find something that didn't even belong to you, someone else's order. I had to send the wrong items back, wait for them to get them, then for them to dispatch my right order. Although they messed it up, I was the one who paid the price for someone's incompetence. I don't recommend this company

Sent a concealer that is clearly well past its best. Smelt chemically like nail varnish. Find the customer service responses impossible. Doubt I’ll be ordering again.

Can I suggest you tape the 'Damage Remedy+ Coconut Miracle Oil Penetrating Oil 100ml' product up when posting. The flip tops and not very efficient and they had both opened during transit and the package I received was covered in the oil contents.

My parcel went missing and just my look tried to insinuate that it was my fault, although the courier contract is between royal mail and just my look.When I informed just my look I would be taking legal action my parcel was resent, I'm not happy about the treatment I received from your company

This is my '4th' communication regarding my last order of 3 x Hylauronic mist. One bottle had opened in the insufficient packaging and leaked out, just a padded bag and soaked everything. The mist is fine but feel more care needs taking when sending out. Have had no response and not happy. AFG

My order arrived with the top damaged, customer services took a while to reply, as we had ran out of the product we started using it. We ended up pouring it out rather than using the pump for use as we had no choice. I sent photos of the damage and they offered for me to return it (bit of a problem there) or 10% off next order(which i still haven't received) In hindsight i should've gone to Boots or Superdrug. Am I going to order this product from this company again,probably not, and 10% is poor compensation, the product was bubble wrapped so tight it snapped the top off.

Package arrived damaged and took a month to replace the product. Their online chat option is terrible and even in emails I had to repeat myself to get a replacement. Unsatisfactory experience although was eventually rectified.

Just remember to look at size of bottles as thought I was getting a abargin but actually they where miniature bottles so not such a bargin

Good value products and quick delivery. However my order was damaged and it’s not been possible to get a refund to date . I’ve sent photos and returned a damaged bottle of shampoo that had leaked , so not an easy task but no reply to emails ! So great as long as you don’t have any issues post purchase.
