My product did not arrive , no explanation. When the company looked they said it was out of stock and did provide a refund. It wasn’t out of stock when I ordered and they took my money. I wasn’t given an option. I bought the product, a day cream to go with a night cream. I asked for a replacement but no response to my email.

Ordered straighteners (as well as a couple of other bits), decent, reduced price. Took my order and payment. Couple of days later, refunded me with no explanation. Went back on site, straighteners out of stock. Wouldn't of bothered ordering anything if I'd have known. Can't trust them to display current stock levels.

Parcel was stolen and neither JustMyLook or Royal Mail would help, both say other company is responsible. Won’t be shopping here again sadly.

I bought two hair dyes and paid for next day delivery shipping (£5.99), it wasn’t posted for another 2 days and upon arrival, only one dye was included. They refunded me once i complained about the dye but not the shipping price. They stated the reason one dye was sent was because it was out of stock, so they knew before sending only one was included in the package.

The worst experience I have customers poor . I tried to contact with them several times by email . But they didn’t even try to solve my issue and just ignore my issue and the worst part is they don’t have any contact number .

My main issue with Just My Look is that the orders ship a good while after you order them, with no communication from Just My Look or estimated arrival date. Their customer service is also an AI chatbot which is not helpful.

Great priced product, paid for delivery, didn’t arrive within the paid time, I complained online via chat and it’s an AI automated response which hasn’t offered any refund as means of apology so on that bases I can’t score any higher than 2 stars

The products I bought are from a brand I love, so are great. I've rated 2/5 because of the insane amount of plastic packaging. I know it's to keep the glass bottles safe, but it was SO unnecessary. There are lots of eco-friendly packaging options out there. Will be finding somewhere more eco-friendly to purchase my products from in the future.

Been using the perfume I purchased for overt 30 years and have enjoyed how strong it was and lasted. I can barely smell this bottle nor can family or friends. Extremely disappointed and feel I have wasted my money.
