The product is great. However it took a long time to arrive & although confirmation email gives a tracking number this doesn’t work & when emailing customer services it takes ages for a reply to be received. So I wasn’t convinced I would receive anything. Haven’t used Justmylook before and based on this first experience I doubt I’ll use it again.
