“Web itself was fab , perfume I ordered absolutely amazing unfortunately update regarding my order was very bad . At the end I was looking for my parcel all over and it was for the past two days with my neighbour even though I got no update regarding my product on the actual website .”

“The product is absolutely brilliant but it took 10 days to get to me so not all the fault if Justmylook, more Royal Mail but was excited to receive my product, just let down by delivery. Justmylook did however refund the delivery charge so all good in the end.”

“Had I written this a week ago, you would have got 5+ stars. However a week after my last order was confirmed you told me I was due a refund as one product was out of stock. Why the delay in telling me? I had expected better service.”

“So, I’m conflicted. The prices here are fantastic and they have a fantastic selection of items. Delivery was prompt and I cannot fault them for that. However my item came damaged and the bottle even has a chip at the base which is sharp and I cut my thumb on it. Not sure if the item left the warehouse like this (it was part of a gift set) the gift set box was also beaten up. I reached out to customer services but haven’t had a conclusive response. So, I am a little disappointed. The company is good and I would recommend them overall, but I didn’t get the experience I had hoped for.”

“i paid for next day delivery..but tppk 3 days...also the lynx sprays were ing 35ml size..which i nevery knew exited...making 3 if these half the size of a normal can...and therefore too expensive”

“Hello thank you for sending but Royal Mail countries to deliver once and said they would resend, and they didn’t, then I looked up the parcel on the tracker and it “didn’t exists” so having a battle with Royal Mail atm.. as I think they have lost my parcel … just thought I’d make you aware.. thank you !”

“Did a bulk order for suncream and one of the had leaked (spray oil) quite considerably. I contacted them and recieved a speedy response that they would send a replacement straight away. The "replacement" came and unfortunately it was the wrong item. I contacted them again and i was required to send the wrong item back in turn to hopefully recieve the correct item. A bit annoying as a busy mum in school holidays between entertaining the kids/going to work/ and taking to kids club i found it a pain finding time to get to a post office within there opening times to return an item that twice was at fault. Still waiting on my actual replacement”

“Love all the products that I bought great quality and would have got a 5 star rating except, I was given the option to spend a certain amount for same day shipping if ordered by 10pm and next day delivery, I did this as I needed next day delivery but my order wasn't dispatched until later the next day then I had to rearrange delivery to the end of the week which made me spending the extra money pointless.”
