“I used to love this website because it provided free shipping but now that it changed I don’t think I’ll be using this website anymore. I was kinda disappointed not gonna lie because this website was the best for free delivery now that it changed, i won’t be using anymore.”

“One of my items did not arrive with my order and when I contacted justmylook it took many days for a reply and when the did reply they just cancelled the missing item on my order with out any explanation or speaking to me which was very annoying as I still wanted the product.”

“Love the products that I use ways a good price the only down fall it says 48 hours tracked delivery but it takes 2 days to get an email to say its been sent so takes approx 5 to 6 days to get items x”

“The service was really good so is the product. 2 less stars for the reason that I was expecting this lipstick little more matte but its not secondly I dint like the purplish glitter in it. Product is overall good 👍”

“I have just placed my second order which is for quite a large amount. My first order was ordered and delivered within a few days and I was kept up to date with all the tracking Info. This second order was ordered on a Sunday not despatched until the Tuesday with 48hr tracked and expected delivery date if the 6th July. It is now the 7th july. I have not received no tracking information so do not know olif and when I will receive my order if at all. I now feel rather disappointed with just my look and would have given them 5 stars!! 😞”

“Normally my orders come really quick and nothing goes wrong but I ordered something recently and I received the wrong item? I have contacted customer services and they have said to return the wrong item and they’ll deliver me the correct item. This is the first time it has happened and I have ordered from just my look quite a bit so I’m guessing this is a one time thing. But usually just my look is amazing , it has cheap prices and super fast delivery! I love shopping here especially because the delivery is free :)) unlike most other websites.”

“I brought for the UV protection to use on holiday. Found the shampoo a bit watery and not very cleansing. The conditioner was nice just a weird after smell. Wouldn’t buy again.”

“I received two emails one with my order number and another to say it was dispatched with no tracking number or an average of how many days or weeks to receive it, so I didn't find it at all informativeunlike other websites. I havnt received anything yet,still waiting.”

“Did not chance to try the product. Am disappointed as I needed to use the sunscreen on holiday. but the item arrived after I came back from my holidays. I had paid for fastest delivery but it took so long. Tried to call.. No answer.. Not happy with the service.”

“One of the bottles of shampoo had old product around the dispensing pump, although bottle appeared to be full. I thought I would keep it as I have read reviews regarding difficulty in getting refunded. Price of products very good but now wary to purchase any other items from this company. Order and delivery very good.”

“Whilst the products are great and price excellent the delivery/pick pack and communication ie zero left me feeling that only in an exceptional circumstance would I venture here again and certainly not if I had a tight deadline ie under 10 days . No one answers the phone No one answers the email No one responds I paid for next day delivery , after a week I was peeved . When eventually it did get delivered not of the ‘ we do this and then we do that we send an email when it’s being packed . Focusing on the items , they are makeup we know and are solid products at discount and maybe colours we can’t generally obtain however”
