I was disappointed by one of my products. It didn't spray right.Did complain but they said once it sprays There's nothing to be done. I had to use the part of my hand below my thumb to release product This procedure meant it was used ONLY ON LEGS RIDICULOUS give my review on social media so other people would not be disappointed. The item was useless 😕

Sent out faulty perfume and refuse to replace or refund! The perfume I received had oxidation issues, it has turned brown, changed smell and didn’t last as long as when I had this perfume before. They are refusing to replace it or refund me as I’ve opened it! How can you know it’s faulty if you don’t open it. Consumer rights surely come into play here?

Still waiting for my delivery that i ordered over 2 weeks ago..... been told i have to wait up to 2 weeks to see if my delivery " appears."Not happy at all.

Hello, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel. This process and relay of the outcome of this investigation can take up to 2-3 weeks, during which we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement/refund as your order is currently flagged as delivered successfully by Royal Mail. We will provide an update when we hear from Royal Mail, and can act accordingly based on the outcome. Very slow delivery indeed. UK to Ireland……. Other shops I normally buy from get the fragrance here in 2 days. It’s a shame as I thought I’d try a different supplier but unfortunately it didn’t work out

Ordered the perfume 3 weeks ago today for next day delivery. A week later I had to chase as my parcel had not been delivered and was “lost”. Since then my parcel has been located and returned to Justmylook. Again I have chased as I have no idea where the parcel really is and haven’t received a refund.

Unfortunately all I can say is don't buy from this website. Bought a men's Braun beard trimmer which doesn't work. Sent it back and asked for a refund. They just sent the item back to me saying it's not faulty. Got the item back and once again it still doesn't cut. Company have no interest in me as a customer and do not believe me. Absolutely rubbish service. They don't believe you and don't reply to your questions. All you get is generic replies.

Abhorrent. Sent the incorrect products, said I could keep it, retracted that statement and blamed AI, and would not send me the correct products unless I returned .

Ordered perfume online, the fragrance only last seconds, contacted customer care, but no care was given they are saying because I I opened the package, unable to refund Explained the item has a default, saying there is no fault on this batch, I can send the item so they can test it, but they keep saying there is no fault😡

Really disappointed by the volume of plastic used to wrap my order. It should not be used at all when so many viable eco friendly alternatives are available. Please do better to retain my custom.

Product not dispatched on time so received product late - refund given. Received product was incorrect. Provided photos of incorrect product and returned. Explained to customer services it was a birthday present and wanted the correct product sent out. Was told this would be done when they received the returned item. Couple of days later I received full refund and was told I had originally ordered the incorrect item so to save delay they refunded it. Provided customer services with original email clarifying the product I had ordered was not the one that was sent to me. Very, very unprofessional.

I would give 0 star if I could. Tried for over a month to get a refund for a fake or faulty item (perfume) that i have received. Tried to contact customer service several times, but no replies. I had to open a dispute with my bank, reporting fraud, to get my money back! Be careful,when byiung, they won't refund you if something goes wrong , and not to mention that, you Just my look, failed to comply with the consumer law- requesting me to pay for returning the item (which was faulty/ fake). The merchant is responsible for the cost of the RETURN, not the consumer. Thanks to my bank/ institution, for deciding in my favor. Pls be careful, do some research before choosing them, Just my look has many complaint reports, you can find those informations online, on platforms/organisations that helps consumers to understand their rights, there you can make complaints, share your experiences, make reports etc.. Worst service ever, Worst experience!!

Horrible experience! Extremely poor customer service with delayed responses and unhelpful, rude staff. They refuse to take responsibility for missing items and show no accountability. Avoid this website at all costs- never shop here!!!
