I am very unhappy with justmylook this time around. Being a regular customer i have never had any issues with my order. This time around it has not been delivered to my address and the team are so unhelpful. That is exactly how company starts loosing their loyal customers. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I purchased lots of items from this company and one was missing. They didn’t apologise for this and said to me they won’t send another item out. So basically I was listing. The customer service, including the managers is absolutely terrible. Please buy with a company that supports their customers.

I emailed your company immediately after having fraudulent activity on my bank account through ordering products from your site. I asked you to cancel this order and not to dispatch it the night before and I had no notification from you whatsoever. I sent you another email the following day to let you know this was fraud and you still did not respond. Your company then proceeded to dispatch the product to the thief’s address. I repeatedly tried to get hold of you to make you aware of this fraudulent action as they attempted to make a second purchase for aftershave immediately afterwards, fortunately I managed to stop them in the tracks. Where’s your customer service when we need it? Not impressed! :-(

I was sent the wrong product (old stock when the new stock was advertised) and asked to pay for return postage even though I ordered the right item. Very unhappy with the dismissive customer service.

Very difficult time getting a refund for a legitimately returned product that wasn't wanted. Tried to claim I had used the product which I had not and then sent it back to me again when requested not to. Returned it a second time and then had to send many emails before I was granted a refund.

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you receive a faulty, damaged order or anything happens to your parcel, just know they won’t take any accountability or do anything to help. Waste of money. Don’t buy anything from here.

Sent used with hairs and dandruff, contacted customer services and weren't helpful at all claimed they were artificial hairs used by the manufacturer for testing, which is after the machine is put together and put in a box? Fool someone else. Unsanitary and very dissappointing will be leaving other reviews warning customers to beware and be taking this further. Never using this website again poor customer service! This review page freezes when I try to upload the pictures

Just awful! Dreadful customer service! Returned and emailed them on several occasions about the faulty foil shaver I bought from them. The foil came off the first time I used it and I cut my head as a result. They claim the product is not faulty and they are not prepared to do anything else. I am seeking advice as to what my next steps are. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
