“Sent perfume that was either fake or old but won’t accept a return because it’s been opened have since read many reviews saying the same thing .”

“Customer service was ok. Delivery was super fast but very disappointed with my order smelt nothing like an original item that I had purchased elsewhere before,would never use them again stick to my usual place where I normally purchase from at least I know what I'm getting”

“I purchased the Revlon One-Step Volumiser Plus. I used it twice. It was awful. My hair lacked volume, it was not smooth and was fly away. Unlike other similar products that I have used. I immediately contacted the escalation team at Justmylook suggesting my purchase is faulty. I was informed that since I had opened and used the product there was nothing that they could do. Overall very disappointing.”

“Customer service is awful. I suffered a severe allergic reaction from 2 of their products . Provided all the doctors evidence and proof of reaction and they still avoided the issue and a refund. Absolutely awful customer service and the worst company dealing with any problems you may encounter with an order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND ORDER FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY WHO TAKE MATTERS LIKE ALLERGIC REACTIONS SERIOUSLY”

“Can't believe this company asked me to send a review. They sold me unauthorised by Penhaligon's perfume the batch number was 4 years old. I only checked the number as i thought it smelled off. When I complained they refused a refund as I had opened the bottle. DO NOT buy from this company they rip you off!”

“Absolutely terrible experience is an understatement. Still don't have my item as it was misdelivered. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address which I proved with photo evidence. Rather than engaging with that evidence, the rep repeatedly told me to go raise it with Royal Mail myself. I pointed out, more than once, that Royal Mail's own policy is clear: in cases of misdelivery, it's the sender who has to raise the dispute with them, not the customer. This was ignored every time. No acknowledgment of the policy, no attempt to escalate, no ownership of the issue at all. If your staff are going to handle misdelivery complaints, they need to actually understand how these disputes work — especially the basic fact that the sender, not the buyer, is responsible for contacting the courier in these cases (where delivery is to a wrong address). Very poor service.”

“My parcel was not delivered and was being returned to you on the 23rd. This is now 11 days. Your WhatsApp chat just repeats you will let me know. There is clearly an issue. You have taken my money. No further help offered.”

“I bought a perfume and it appeared to be fake because it was very weak. They give you the option to escalate the complaint, but they will never refund or find an appropriate resolution. They’re going to tell you they cannot refund or give a suitable resolution because you tested the perfume, knowing full well that if we don’t test it - we won’t know that the perfume is fake.”
