I ordered a bottle of Wow hair product. When I opened the package, it was evident it had leaked with the bubble wrap wet & inside the packaging. I contacted JustMyLook straight away & sent photos. Received quick response but now realise it was an AI response. Still waiting outcome 10 days later.

Made a mistake with an order and messaged straight away to cancel it, was told it was cancelled but they sent it anyway meaning I had to send it back to get a refund, was just told the same thing over and over, very frustrating experience.

I brought some straighteners off here and when I started to use them on my client they was giving me and my client little shocks, I sent them back has an electric shock faulty item, so paid 7 pounds to send them back, then I got a email saying they is nothing wrong with them and they will send them back to me, I’m disappointed with this because now they are sending them back to me and I can’t use them again so totally waste of money, I’d never buy from these again!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on day one. Day 7 I had to ask several times where my order was. I was told by customer services to stop asking so many times as it would push my query to the bottom of the queue! I was sent three e mails saying YAY your delivery has arrived. It hadn't. I received a fourth and it was a photo of the Royal Mail depot where they had dumped my parcel instead of delivering it!!! I was just curtly told by customer services Royal Mail had returned it but for no reason. No apology, nothing. I will NOT be ordering from these people again. Terrible service, zero customer service.

Ordered 2 box’s of bleach and was sent 2 bottles of shampoo! Sent in a complaint email, as told I didn’t need to do anything and the correct items would be sent out to me. 5 days went past and I still hadn’t heard anything so emailed again asking for an update, only to be told I needed to return the items and then the missing items will be once the return has been received. The original email response was apparently from AI and not correct information, all very frustrating

Usually I would recommend this company But I received a dodgy bottle of Lancome perfume supposed to be an Exlier was 100ml so quite expensive Didn't last 10mins Lots of messages to and fro Lead nevto believe I could return id despite only opened This company did nothing to resolve this issue Shabby treatment of loyal customer Did nothing rto

you're terribe: sent me an oxidised product and an expired product. No refunt or responsibility taken for the poor oxidised product. All products come with short expiry dates which could be fine if you were transparent about this

Awful customer service, idiotic people who just constantly ask the same questions, they sent out wrong items,!! Just terrible service, definitely won’t use again, or encourage others to do so

Very disappointed in the customer service I’ve received and will never use this company again. After using the product for years the product was completely different than normal. Just my look will not entertain my complaint

Order placed 08/05, tracking froze on 13/05, emailed and kept being advised to wait, they advised 10 days from last tracking although Royal Mail states 7 days from last tracking you can claim. I contacted again on to ask for refund, another 2 days to respond to say 7-10 days to wait for refund. Lots of other companies online so this one I won’t be using if they continue to use Royal Mail as items just go missing.

Very very very bad customer service.Rude attitude.Not helpful at all. They sent me wrong item.And then refused to help.They need to be reported to trading standards.Avoid this company for shopping.They are a fraud.I will never buy item from them again.Horrible horrible company.
