I love this perfume however the one I purchased from here seems not good. This one simply doesn’t last. After applying it disappears in less than an hour. I am really disappointed. I don’t believe it is genuine. I reached customer service but not satisfied with their response. They said that maybe manufacturing didn’t go well ?? Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing customer service. I received a damaged item. I used the chat support and email to report the damaged item with photographs. I am still waiting for a replacement product. I expected more and probably shouldn’t have

Hello, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel. This process and relay of the outcome of this investigation can take up to 2-3 weeks, during which we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement/refund as your order is currently flagged as delivered successfully by Royal Mail. We will provide an update when we hear from Royal Mail, and can act accordingly based on the outcome. My parcel was left outside in my front garden and stolen and they refused to reimburse me or resend me my products as apparently I had set up with Royal Mail a safe space to leave parcels which I never did and close my case and it was never resolved no products received and out of pocket. Will never shop with them again.

I ordered some spf items for my holiday and as it said 48hour delivery I felt I had plenty of time to receive the items before I went away. However, I did not receive the items for a week. My order was dispatched the same day I ordered but did not arrive until a week later. I had already contacted customer services to say that it's too late, the items were for my holiday but there was no real apology and only the offer of 10% discount off my next order (I think there's always a 10% discount somewhere so nothing special). I will not be ordering again. My return should be free considering the order arrived very late. There are plenty of other companies selling the exact same products so I will order elsewhere in the future. Customer service was not good. Delivery not good. Products - who knows, I didn't get to use them.

I recently returned a perfume that I had not opened or used, but I was told it had been used and the item was sent back to me without processing my refund. This was very disappointing, as I know the product was in brand-new condition when I returned it. I expected better service and transparency regarding returns.

I bought a D&G the one perfume for men. The product is not genuine and smells strange. Don't buy from this company and I don't recommend it to anyone else. I requested for my money back but they said because the product is opened it is not acceptable for money back!!

Very disappointed with this company. Ordered a product which when received was not what I ordered. Completely the wrong colour and therefore unable to use. Customer Service would not accept a return or refund because the product had been opened, however it was not possible to know the colour was incorrect until the product had been opened. Customer Service were unhelpful. I will never use this company again and do not recommend them.
