Item never arrived, hardly answering emails or calls. Refused a refund & just told me to wait an extra month for the item.

My order was despatched 6th December and arrived 23rd December this was supposed to be 48 hour tracked I completed an online form 2 weeks ago to check where the order was received the response to confirm received have yet to receive a reply No contact number on the website did find one on the web called and it cuts you off. I sent a message on messenger did get a reply stated to wait 18 working days for postage this is not the delivery guideline ps on your website says 3 to 5 It’s not just the fact the delivery was delayed it’s I had no way of checking where it was no tracking and for this reason I am out and will not order from you again. I also raised a PayPal dispute which was active for a week and did not get a response to, this has been closed as I received the item just in time for Xmas. Your products are good and reasonable priced it’s a shame the service does not match.

I belive they lied about despatch so much so I reordered the items that did not arrive in 13 days only to get a delivery from them on 48 hrs service that I had not requested the contempt for there customers is beyond contempt. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered an item on 9th December 2020 today is 29th December 2020 still not received it yet won't used this site again emailed 3 times now to conplain

i have emailed this company to say ive been charged £50 for 1 charm i ordered 2 ( let it snow) for my grandaughters for xmas i could not give 1 hers without her sisters this is what i recieved 1 charm 1 blank

I received three separate items they where lovely but unfortunately I ordered a braclet and charm the charm arrived but no braclet that was over a week ago tried phoning tried emailing no reply. It was a Christmas present which I couldn’t give. If my braclet had arrived or someone would get back to me it would of been 5 stars

Terrible service didn’t come first tim around when finally arrived just the box and no bracelet have emailed the company no answer! Opened on Christmas Day with no bracelet in the box disgusting!! Nightmare from start to finish!

I have not received my item. It was purchased on the 6th December to be then sent on as a gift but I had to buy something else. I have still not had my money back and their telephone number is an automated reply, so uou can't actually talk to anyone. Terrible service very disappointed

Never had a problem with this company and always bought my charms from yourselves! Placed an order for gifts for birthday and Christmas in plenty of time. To receive the order on the 3rd Dec! After inspection of the charms I noticed there was one wrong so immediately contacted yourselves to sort the issue! Its is now 28th Dec I still have the wrong charm and the problem hasn't been resolved! After several emails on my behalf with only one reply I had to go buy another charm from somewhere else!

Ordered 4 items unfortunately one pair of earrings damaged so returned on first class recorded, I asked for exchanged..2 weeks later still waiting for these to arrive and no refund.. tried contacting them by email but no response. Their customer service is rubbish. The jewellery itself was lovely..and such a shame when it’s bought for a Xmas present.. they got the original order out with 2 days so why can’t they send a replacement out that quickly!! I won’t be using them again

Lovely charm.But customer service is not good.I waited over 10 days for delivery., its states 48hrs inline.Could not get any response from customer service, by either telephone or email.Will not be using them again sorry!!!

After purchasing a charm, found out my wife already had it, so asked Joshua James if I could exchange for a more expensive charm, and pay the difference. 4 customer queries later i finally got a reply 23rd Dec asking what my packaging was, even though it was signed for at Joshua James 18th Dec. Can't ring them because of a stupid automated service so customer service on this occasion is very very poor. Let's hope now Xmas is over they might get round to sorting mt wife's belated Xmas charm out. So to sum up they have taken my money, got their charm back and not replaced it yet or even had the courtesy to call me. Poor poor service guys and yes everyone was busy I know that.

This bracelet has still not been received. Ordered as a Christmas gift on 29.11.20. Neither have I received acknowledgements to my emails (3) I have sent since the original complaint. The acknowledgement to my initial complaint was for Joshua James to ask if I was sure it hadn't fallen out of the package when I opened it. I replied to that email and have sent 3 emails since to which I have had no reply.

Overall, not a very good experience. The one star is for the jewellery which is okay, the loss of the four stars is for Joshua James itself. When I ordered it went through some external 3rd party payment company called Klarna which I didn’t asked for and wasn’t happy about to use and took a long time to set up an account with them. Then the product took a long time to arrive with no confirmation from Joshua James and then when products finally arrived the bracelet was thrown into a jiffy bag, the charm was stapled in a small plastic bag to a receipt and not in its appropriate packaging which was also just throw in the bag…why? And then no instructions on how to fit the charm. I had to use YouTube (FYI - extremely difficult to attach - took 30mins). If Do you like this jewellery maybe stay clear and find a shop that sells it and can help you personally.
