“Ordered a nomination watch for my wife birthday. Received 2 charms and a bracelet addressed to someone else. No great problem you say, just phone and have the problem remedied. No, you can't phone them, have to email. Emailed and a week later received an email asking me to send a photo of the items delivered. WHY??? Sent photo and waited. Watch arrived late for birthday. Dreadful customer care!!! In each email I sent I asked company to phone to no avail. How can they expect anyone to trust a company who can't pack correct item in the correct envelope and who don't accept telephone calls when they screw up. Birthday present very late and wife disappointed. Suffice to say I won't be using this company again.”

“Took the money then told me it were out of stock and I would after wait 7-10 days.It were over 10 days time it come and were late as it were a Valentine’s present. Tried to email took ages for a reply”

“Would never order from you again, first you got the order wrong and due to lack of correspondence it was left down to myself and the customer who received my goods to send them to each other, Glasgow to Leicester!! Then when my order did come it was faulty and horrible not at all like the picture and again when I emailed i received no correspondence back, absolutely awful”

“I Have not received my purchase from 3 weeks ago. I haven’t had a response from my email either. I paid extra for 1st class delivery only to be informed that isn’t tracked. Will not purchase from them again.”

“So the charms i ordered were a birthday present to my wife were a present from the boys and I but when they delivered there was 1 missing. This was reflected in the order invoice but no warning had been given that 1 would be missing. Sent e-mails and tried the phone number (which tells you to then send e-mails) but no response. Would prefer the charm ordered but should at least get my money back if it is not going to be delivered but no response so far.”

“Order a nomination charm on the 12th December for a Christmas present and I’m still yet to receive it. Tried to ring shop most days and emailed lots. Only in the last feed days have I had a reply saying they will investigate with the Royal Mail.”

“I purchased 2 nomination engraved charms from this site. One was perfect but one has marks on , like it’s been caught with the engraving machine. I’ve messaged them 3 times I had a reply to clean the charm because it was probably oil, to which made no difference. I emailed them again, to say this hadn’t worked and would like a solution as it was a Christmas gift. But I’ve still not had a reply, replacement or refund or any form of communication!! Very very disappointed!!”

“Awful, ordered a gold nomination bracelet with a moon charm, all that arrived was a silver nomination bracelet and a promotional bag. Had to put a query in on the website for back and said they would send me a gold bracelet but nothing about a charm! Really bad customer service”

“Extremely disappointed at length of time I waited for arrival of item. Was a 40th gift for my goddaughter ordered in plenty of time and arrived 10 days after her birthday. Will not order anything again from JJ.”
