Ordered next day delivery but this was not honoured due to Good Friday. Customer service online were responsive but did not find helpful. Actual product was as expected.

TINY CHARM. Much smaller than I thought it'd be. Hardly able to identify what it was in person. Poor quality product.

First and last time I will buy from Joshua James. After buying a nomination bracelet and 4 nomination charms for part of my wife's Christmas present, 2 of the 4 charms had been glued on obviously wonky. Although Joshua James were quick to respond to my email they informed me that all Nomination charms are handmade and are not always perfectly centred on the link, the designs are hand placed on to the link therefore they will not always be central. Although I could return the charms they would not be deemed as faulty therefore I had to pay £7.50 to send them back to get a refund. I felt rather ripped off by this, I'm no expert but surely most jewellery is handmade? It was embarrassing giving jewellery that looked poor and clearly wonky to a loved one on Christmas day. I ended up buying new charms from a Nomination stall in town and I'd advise everyone to do the same.

Still waiting for missing item from my order. I did check stock when ordering and apart from the receipt I've had no further contact from Joshua James to let me know when the order will be complete.

My nomination charm arrived with no packaging whatsoever which was extremely disappointing considering it was a Christmas present.

I purchased a personalised nomination bracelet which is beautiful but you can't add any tiles to it because they don't fit. This resulted in me having to purchase a second bracelet as I'd ordered 4 tiles as a gift for my mum but they were no good without an original bracelet.

bought 3 nomination charms but didnt get free bracelet apparently offer started a few days after purchase. As a incentive to carry on using James thought you would have given free offer but never mind i9 will know next time.

I ordered a bracelet for my adult daughter's birthday but was very disappointed when it was delivered. The bracelet was tiny and struggled to fit my 10-year-old grandaughter's wrist. Joshua James was unable to replace it with a larger size. It cost me £8.10 to return it. - an expensive experience!!

Email communications could have been more frequent and friendlier. This request for a review also arrived before the product. For the amount of money being spent I'd expected a better service.

Order arrived pretty quick but my item was all tarnished so had obviously been lying about in the bag for a while so this was quite disappointing as it was a gift. Would have thought someone would have checked it first. You don’t buy a gift to have to then buy a polishing cloth to clean it.

i ordered a bracelet and charm.i expected the charm to be put on but it came seperate so the bracelet is sitting in bag as i dont know how to do them

Item not as advertised, and returning sees an additional charge that they don’t absorb or refund. Terrible, especially as a NHS worker.

I needed some jewellery on short notice and purchased 4 necklaces. I was able to purchase them as they were in stock but a day later I was told I had to wait as they were not in stock. It was very disappointing. When I emailed they dealt with my query quickly and efficency but it was still a inconvenience.
