Item got lost in the post. They refused to refund me. Absolutely horrible customer service, unfriendly. Do not recommend buying from this site! Didn't get a refund. And left out of pocket for a mistake they refused to rectify!

I am still waiting for my delivery,3 weeks after purchasing my items. I have emailed 3 times and also Royal Mail 3 times and still no resolution

Arrived with damaged gift box and bag - item was a present so very disappointed. Emailed to inform them and was ignored.

I ordered a personalised item which arrived inscribed with the wrong font. On contacting the firm I was offered a 15% reduction in cost or to return with a new item being sent out. I suggested a 20% refund (at a cost of less than £3) as the retuned item would not be able to be resold. I was informed that the offer was offer of goodwill not an opening for negotiation. This was from the owner of the company. Why Mr Bell thought he needed to act in goodwill when the mistake was at him end I am unsure. A simple apology would have sufficed. As a customer, I have no need to negotiate- I will simply take my custom elsewhere. Somewhat short sighted Mr Bell - I think you lost sight of the ‘big picture’ when decided to flex your muscle.

Today had message how I liked our product. As of today 2 weeks from order we have still not received the charm that was ordered.This was for a special birthday present. Very disappointed.Geoff Foster.

I bought a gift for my mother’s birthday, the charm came used, the silver faded warn, item was generally grubby. Incredibly disappointed with the standard of this item I ended up sending it back but did get a full refund.

Ordered 3 charms the September rose gold was poor quality you couldn’t hardly see the blue stone,it was too much messing abt to send back so just kept it.

In short, Have yet to receive my product - have waited 21 days for delivery. I am currently in contact with support team. I have waited nearly two days for a response - in which I was asked to clarify my address. I hope this can be resolved soon as I have only heard great things about Joshua James Jewellery!

If I could give them 0 stars I will do that. Experience with them it was worse ever. I returned my order and they didn’t give me my money back. They keep saying in the next 5 working days. And that’s it. I do not recommend. Worse customer service ever. Shame to them.

I bought earrings, delivery wasn’t prompt, quality was poor for the money I paid and they looked better on the picture than when they were received.

Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered a charm for a special occasion for my daughter, paid for next day delivery, 4 days later, multiple emails and nothing. Finally got hold of someone who told me that i'd need to wait for an investigation to be done and then hopefully a refund and new order!

Ordered a nomination watch a couple of weeks ago it came and it was snapped so that the watch band and face aren’t attached. I have emailed regarding getting this sorted and still heard nothing back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order for earrings on the 9 April and it’s now the 30 and still not received then. I sent an email on the 27 requesting what’s happening but no reply

The offer of 15%off for new customers was very misleading, as was the free postage. I won’t be buying from you again

I ordered 5 charms from you two pair and another . You sent the wrong charm and trying to sort with you was poor customerservice. I tried replacing it with you but had nightmare . End result tried ordering an additional but customer service person was hard work. Taking customer elsewhere.
