I have been waiting 6 weeks for my jewellery. It has been lost in the post (twice!) apparently. There is no way of contacting Joshua James by phone. I’ve messaged and emailed them and have not had any personal response. I am still waiting for the earrings. Appalling. They are meant as a Christmas present for my niece. I ordered them in early November and here we are at the 23rd Dec and still no earrings. I’ve been offered no solution, discount, money back or apology. Shocking customer service!!! Don’t order from them!!!!

Ordered 2 nomination charms. 1 arrived 2 days later the other no sign of it. Recorded message blames the post office yet the pure lack of customer service makes the.matter worse. I will never purchase from this company again....

Placed order on the 10th December & paid extra for quicker delivery. Website says dispatched on the 11th December. Now the 21st December, no delivery & still waiting. They don't / can't / won't answer the phone & don't respond to emails. Had to raise an issue with PayPal to try & resolve.

Placed order on the 10th December 2020 & paid extra for quicker delivery. Shows as dispatched on the 11th December. Now the 21st December 2020, no delivery, no response to email enquiries & they won't / don't / can't answer the telephone. Raised a case with PayPal to try to resolve the issue. Very disappointed as these were meant to be Christmas presents.

order sent on the 8th december, still not here... company is a rip off. check out their most recent reviews they have taken loads of customers money but failed to sent their items 0 stars AVOID

would give 0 stars if i could!!! placed a order on the 8th for Christmas presents still not arrived. no update of tracking , they just stating i have to wait until christmas eve before they can do anything about it... great thanks. AVOID!!! their is better jewellers out their who actually send your items ....... I totally agree with the last review still haven't received my order from the 7th and they have said the same to me which is not good enough at all , some sort of tracking details would of been at least the slightest bit helpfull , avoid at all costs

I would give 0 stars if I could. I chose earrings as a Xmas present for a relative. I was sent the wrong earrings. No return label was enclosed. I am still trying to get a refund and it's too late to get a replacement by post in time. So I'm going have to go out and buy something else in a shop. A big waste of time.

Have not yet received my order after ordering on the 26th November and very hard to get in contact with anyone or even get a response. Very unhappy customers as these where ment to be a gift for my 8year old daughter.

Items not received, completed on line form to query and no response, telephone number on website is useless, will not be using again and im currenty £65 out of pocket

I received a dispatch email on 23/21/20, it is now the 9/12/20 and I have still not received that order. When I emailed to enquire about this I was told I had to wait until 14 working days had passed before they could do anything. The item was a part of a Christmas present, and ordering a month in advance I assumed I would have before Christmas. I have now had to make other arrangements! I was so disappointed with the service and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Sent me a faulty nomination charm, was told to go to a PO to return it during lockdown, when I asked for a pre-paid slip was like I was asking for the world! Terrible customer service even though I provided clear photos of the damaged charm refused to refund or replace. Not an apology and when I asked for a managers name that is literally all I got, no contact email or number. This was a gift to go with the bracelet I also bought with 4 other charms so you would think I would be treat better but no. Disgusting company would never buy again and will be taking further action to get a refund of a damaged charm they sent to me. They should be going out their way to do something but quite the opposite, disgusting, and Helen in customer service should not be in that job as she does not know how to treat a customer.

Haven’t received my order and customer services are making me wait 14 days until they take it further. So I’ve paid £50 for a bracelet and still waiting for it even though it was dispatched 17th November! Clearly they don’t read emails properly if they are emailing me asking me to review something I haven’t even received yet.

Paid extra for engraving on a charm, it looks like a black mush band, can't read it amd should not have been given the option nor pay for it to ruin my charm. I wrote to Joshua James and they did not resolve my matter only saying they too couldn't read the engraving on the photo I sent amd to send back, which would incur more cost to myself. A joke of a company. Avoid
