“I've ordered green emerald birthstone for May instead I got blue sapphire birthstone for September and the two earrings look noticeably different one earring is slightly bigger than the other”

“Using your site was very easy. Delivery was swift and problem free. The bracelet I ordered was alot finer than I expected which was a disappointment. It was however very pretty and my Grandaughter seemed to like it.”

“Items were perfect but I was disappointed in the packaging. I ordered 2 charms and a bracelet. Opened the envelope and the Nomination bracelet had been put in loose so fell out onto the floor and the 2 nomination charms were in a small plastic zip lock bag. These are a gift so would have been nice to be given them in the Nomination packaging. Fast delivery and good selection of charms though.”

“The price offered for the earings was fantastic and the delivery was very quick.... But one of the earings was damaged (Bent ear post.) This was not mentioned in the item description and although I could possibly have returned for a refund, I decided to keep as such a good price. I would, however, have preferred to have known beforehand the true reason for the fantastic reduction in price so as to have been able to make an informed decision prior to purchase. But overall I am still happy with my purchase.”

“The necklace was lovely. Unfortunately it took over a week from ordering to arrive even though we'd paid for 24hr, so it didn't arrive in time for her Prom, which was really disappointing. The postage was reimbursed.”

“Jewellery looks lovely and prices not bad . On the web site it stated you get a discount on your first order. What it does not make clear is it is not on everything. Some items are excluded. The correspondence from the company was not the most helpful.”

“I ordered this bracelet for a friend and had it sent direct to her. It was a Nomination bracelet and she had no idea how to open it or put the charm on. Very disappointed”

“A little disappointed to be honest. Not in the service or price, just in the general look of the nomination charm. I bought a Prom 2023 charm with a flower emoji but nothing is very clear or prominant on the charm as that on the advertisement picture. If i had seen it in a shop, wouldn't have bought it.”

“Very cute but colour of writing has came off already as you can see on photo only little bits are left, doesn’t really make a difference to be honest delivery also took a while but understood with Royal Mail strikes.”

“Disappointing at the opening times before Christmas as had 2 journeys to collect orders , also had to stand outside on my last time I collected waiting for someone to answer the door . Also had a postal delivery which was late though I do understand postal services was delayed.”

“I ordered 4 nomination charms before Christmas and only 3 came. I have an order note which tells me it will follow, but i have had no communication from Joshua James regeding this. Neither did I receive an email to tell me that my charm was not going to come. Poor service on the whole”
