I ordered my ring on the 26th of April for my wedding on the 25th of May. 29 days apart. On the 15th of May i hadn’t had an updated so asked for confirmation that it would be delivered in time for my wedding. I was told it was being posted on the 20th of May, by the 23rd of May it still hadn’t arrived and when I contacted Joshua James I was told that they workshop was closed but it should have been posted. The ring hadn’t been posted, it didn’t arrive for my wedding, it finally arrived on the 29th of May, after being posted on the 28th. There was no apology or recognition from the company.

Ordered a nomination bracelet for a birthday gift. Paid for next day delivery. Waited in all day delivery time kept changing then cancelled at 7.30pm. Rescheduled to next day but didn’t arrive. Contacted Joshua James no reply and still no delivery. Very disappointed no gift for special birthday, no communication and no refund.

Ordered a Nomination Watch for Birthday gift 29th February 2024 and it was meant to have been delivered by Royal Mail 2nd March 2024. The item had been left in the front garden in electric meter (front garden has no wall or fence so basically left wide open see pictures) Upon returning home later that evening to find the parcel was not where it was left so contacted Joshua James who said they had to wait 7 days before they could raise investigation with Royal Mail. It’s now 7th April 2024 and still nothing has been resolved after several emails to Joshua James. Definitively don’t recommend using this company.

Jewellery never arrived and it took a long while to hear back from them about getting this sorted. unfortunately they were not apologetic. After the item didn't arrive they mentioned they were unable to send out a replacement as stock was short. Luckily I received a refund eventually after having to ask a few times, but very poor service.

Very disappointed with both item, which had to be returned and customer service which were both awful. I have never had such a dreadful experience with an online shop supposedly a jewellers. No I would never use this outlet again or allow anyone i come in contact with use.

Well I ordered my bracelets on 23 feb 2024 for my daughter birthday but I still haven’t receive it but when I phone up they say it’s been delivered but how long is it going to take to get sorted very upset

Really unhappy with the delivery of the product arrived with the pendant at the front of the box when I gave it to my wife and she took it out just in one big knot took three hours to unravel Shocking to be honest

they lie about dispatching items I ordered over 10 days ago for valentines day and still no sign and have had mail since. Also a similar experience with my parents last year. don't waste your money

Ordered two nomination charms for Xmas presents in plenty of time. Only one arrived with a note in package to say ‘to follow’ no explanation when the second charm would arrive. Hence it did arrive BUT after Xmas. Poor service 😌

I ordered for a Christmas present, the wrong colour was sent, I was unable to speak to anyone before Christmas as the lines just rang out. Eventually o emailed and was told to return, no label sent.

Very very upset with my experience with this company, paid £180 for an item that was supposedly left outside my house without my permission and they refuse to take any responsibility and told me it was a civil matter and wouldn’t look into it further for me. They have taken my £180 and I had a last min rush to find a present as the one I ordered wasn’t available elsewhere in time

Shocking customer service. I paid for next day delivery and it never arrived. I emailed the company and I am still yet to receive a reply. Will not be ordering from Joshua James again.
