Hello, I'm very sorry to hear you were not happy. As we stated previously in order to receive next day delivery your order had to be placed by 3pm. Unfortunately as your order was placed after this time we were not able to fulfill next day delivery for you, which is stated on our website. I hope this helps, The JJ team x

Parcel arrived 10 days late. Only Email to get in touch. Was personal gift and didn’t arrive on time. Wouldn’t shop with you again

It was not the correct product delivered, it was false advertising as the men's nomination bracelet should have been on leather not nylon as you advertised. The fact that you said that I could return it was completely besides the point!

My order was dispatched on the 9 March and I still haven't received the order. This was for 16th birthday on the 23 march 2021. very disappointing.

Would of been nice if I had received the birthday gift did my nieces 18th. Shop will be open soon just go else where and pick it up. Need a refund now!

The reason I have said really poor is that I order 3 charms for my daughters birthday and two of the charms were the same which I didn't order, I emailed customer support on several occasions and did not get a response as it is now too late to replace the charms I found the overall experience and lack of communication bad! I was recommended by a friend to using Joshua James as I have never order before I won't be ordering again!

Ordered a bracelet and charm for a birthday present when it came there was only a charm no bracelet and no one is answering the phone or returning emails now I'm out of pocket and have to buy another present . Will never use this site again? What happened to customer service ?

Purchased nomination charm as a gift. Item arrived damaged. Sent 2 emails with images requesting replacement or refund. Received no reply!! The support phone number goes through to an automated voicemail with no option to speak to anyone. Ended up out of pocket and having to buy another gift. DO NOT RECOMMEND

If I could score 0 I would , sent for a Mother’s Day charm 3 weeks in advance on next day delivery , they sent the wrong charm and the wrong invoice so I messaged them as if you ring them it tells you to fill out the contact form, they took 4 days to reply and apologised and said send it back . I messaged back to say I needed a return label for dpd four days later a message to say they would email one . It never came so I contacted them again 2 days later a message to say they would send another ( another ! They never sent one in the first place) It was getting closer to Mother’s Day so I returned the charm with Royal Mail with a note inside explaining everything , someone signed for it the next day , 4 days later I contacted them again to ask what was happening they messaged back saying could I send proof that I’d posted it and describe the package so they could find it fgs. The Friday before Mother’s Day I got an email to say they had found it but they had no Mother’s Day charms left ! They are useless and will never order from them again , I recommend anyone thinking of ordering read the reviews first as I wish I had ! And I recommend Joshua James improve there customer contact

Customer request ref VS4971 I bought a serenity silver entwined ring delivered on 11/12/20 I didn’t wear it until 11/1/21 on 18/1/21 the ring broke. On 22/1/21 I received a confirmation email from you saying you had received the ring. Despite sending you a number of email I’m still waiting for my refund. Joy Shumack

Placed an order for 4 charms only 3 turned up, they then told me the other one was to follow after 2 weeks still no charm so put a complaint in they said they will have to investigate it then that took another 2 weeks so ended up waiting 4 weeks for one charm to turn u, I wasn’t happy as it was for a birthday present felt like I was messed around would defo not be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone to shop here feel they are a bunch of messers

When I contacted them to see when I would receive my order I was told it’s in the post and takes 3-5 days or maybe longer!!! No sign of it and no further response - took my money but no goods

The wrong item was delivered. No return label provided. Very poor communication which has led to me not feeling confident that I would receive a replacement or refund, plus pay for returning an item which is wrong. I'm very disappointed. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
