The sample took so long to arrive I had found alternative fabric elsewhere. I don't know if it was you or the post office but it shouldn't take a week to get a small piece of material. The fabric itself was nice.

The 'sample' sizes for the Festa di Lividonia Infinito Wallpaper by Eijffinger were so small it was impossible to get any idea of what the wallpaper would look like. The company providing these samples need to be aware that I requested a 'sample' of the wallpaper, not a duplicate/replica of the pattern that I can already see online (which covered almost 50% of the 'sample'). It is not necessary to give an inadequate picture of something that is already better seen online. Effinger really needs to understand this and sort themselves out as they will lose customers such as myself. The whole exercise was a complete waste of time and my postage. I was extremely dissapointed in this company and understand completely that this is no reflection on 'Jane Clayton', however if you decide to give feedbck to Eijffinger, then this is my honest opinion. As far as 'Jane Clayton and company' is concerned, please stop using 'Royal Mail'. They take an age to deliver the samples and continuosely give false delivery dates. Other wallpaper companies deliver very quickly with larger samples and therfore I will use them.

Sample sizes are at the discretion of individual brands, as Jane Clayton & Company are not involved at the sample cutting stage. If you are eager to see a larger sample of any particular designs, then many of our wallpaper options with large pattern repeats offer a large sample option as an upgrade which can be selected in the basket on our website. Regretfully, this is not an available option for your chosen wallpaper. With regards to your comments about the delivery service, please accept our sincere apologies on behalf of Royal Mail for the delays encountered. Terrible service slow, my order still hasn’t arrived and every time I speak to someone over email I am fobbed off. Nearing on 3 weeks now without my order.

I am terribly, terribly disappointed with Jane Clayton & Company. I ordered a standard roll of Ohpopsi wallpaper which can also be purchased on the website for Next. Without opening the roll I have asked to return it in its original condition in the correct return window as the colour will not match the walls as I had hoped. Due to time constraints in getting the room ready for a visitor, I did not have time to order samples in advance. Jane Claytoln & Company have refused to accept the return saying this item is made to order. This is in small print on their website which I (like many people) would not expect or notice at the time of order of a standard roll of wallpaper. It appears to be a clear breach of the Distance Selling Regulations and there is absolutely nothing made to order about this standard wallpaper roll which can also be purchased identically on the website for Next who offer a return on it if required and who state it is designed and manufactured in the UK. Jane Clayton & Company will know which customer I am by this review. I hope that they will write an apology letter to my address asap and accept the return of this wallpaper. I have cancelled my individual email address I used with them to avoid future marketing from them so they will need to write a letter to me. Without resolution, I will not be shopping with Jane Clayton & Company again and would not recommend them.

Ordered a new area rug on March 29th. Received it July 3rd, only to notice major quality issues. Pieces of string poking out all over the carpet, ragged edges, stained portions of the rug. Totally not worth $800+ that we spent. We are extremely disappointed.

The sample I received wasn't very big (size A4) and didn't show the full pattern, indeed the seagull was only the head, impossible to judge what it would look like on the wall .

We received the sample wall paper in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the sample wall paper was stained from the pink tissue paper that wrapped around the wall paper.

The colour of the fabric I ordered was very different from what arrived and they refused to pay for return postage. Bad customer service. Won’t be using them again.

i have been sent the wrong wallpaper over a week ago and still not got the replacement !!! i am now paying a decorator a day rate as he was booked in for the job very dissapointed considerinbg ive spent over £800 on wallpaper !!!

They refused a return/refund on wallpaper i ordered. They stated it was "made to order" which it wasn't! It is offered on other wallpaper sites as "refunds accepted". I emailed my unhappiness at wasting nearly £100 on unopened wallpaper I cannot use. They didn't even bother replying to my questions!!! Unbelievably poor customer experience!

I bought some wallpaper with you which wasn't as expected colour wise so I requested to return. It's unopened so i requested a refund only to be told this wasn't possible due to the terms and conditions for the paper I ordered. The fact you won't refund me for an unopened item I find staggering nor even offer a credit note in exchange. This is the first and last time I'll be using J & C and I'll relay my thoughts to anyone thinking of using you.
