Order placed 22.11.24 with order reading still in transit to Sheffield with UPS & no confirmation of delivery date even after contacting UPS by telephone. Therefore, cannot really comment regarding service only that delivery method is not very satisfactory. I hope the items are intact when they eventually arrive!

Hi, UPS have still not delivered. I think it's been a week. Each day we get some kind of update and a promise to deliver but nothing happens.

I sent for sample wallpapers. I received a notice from Royal mail 7/11 indicating they had a received a parcel from your company which would be delivered Friday 8 November between 8.32am and 12:32pm. I waited in. it didn't arrive. I quizzed the postman who knew nothing about it. I then delivered another notice indicating the delivery would be Saturday between 8:25 am and 12:25pm. I didn't wait in but took delivery from the postman on my way out. The samples were helpful in the sense that I decided to go with a Morris wallpaper, but I will not be placing the order with your company as I find the delivery service unreliable and I already have a decorator booked. Regretable I know, but reliability is a very important part of service delivery.

The order did not come within the time frame advertised and when I tried to contact the company ,they put the phone down and haven't responded to my email. Poor service.

Bonjour, Je ne peux donner un avis sur les produits commandés puisque je ne les ai pas reçus et échange plusieurs mails par jour avec UPS qui se moque de moi. UPS m'avait informé que la livraison interviendrait le 15 octobre. Puis hier, j'ai été informée que la livraison aurait lieu entre 10h30 et 12h30. Je viens recevoir un mail me disant que la livraison est retardée. Mon nom a été modifié pour une raison que j'ignore (je vous transfère les mails d'UPS) et je vous demande d'intervenir en URGENCE auprès d'UPS pour que la livraison soit effectuée demain à Véronique DE LA HOUGUE Interphone : HOUGUE adresse : 2 rue du COLOMBIER - 4ème étage - 45000 ORLEANS. Merci pour votre intervention.

Very dissappointing service for a nearly £2000 orfer.The main challenge was the delivery. The courier used by J@c. Courier mandated signature no other option. Given delivery window. No show. From real time map driver was just 5 mins away " in the neighbourhood" Given window later in day. No show . Msg informed of slight delay but parcel will arrive later in the day. At 7pm informed delivery next day. Next morning given 11-1pm window. Delivery turned up 8am! Refurbishing a house, would be very very reluctant to use j@c again

We do instruct our delivery partners to require a signature for orders of this value as additional security to ensure delivery is received. I am disappointed to learn of the incorrect tracking updates provided by our courier. Words cannot express by dissatisfaction! I placed an on 12/6/24 for Neon fabric and confirmation came through to showing my correct address. The same day I amended the order to ensure the fabric was f/r. 4 working days later receive a mail saying my fabric SHERBET !! was to be delivered to my old address the next day and a signature would be required. Wrong fabric! Wrong address! I sent 2 emails that evening and phoned your office when open the followed no day. Nobody could speak to me about the error !!!! I asked for a full refund. I was told this would be actioned. I waited 4+ hours and sent a sharp email. Then I received a written apology and was told a refund was being made to my card credited 29/6/24. How can a big company get things so wrong???? I cannot recommend Jane Clayton and trust this error is drawn to the attention of their MD.

I ordered a custom Roman blind in a beautiful Casamance fabric. Upon ordering I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive it. I was happy to wait. However this time frame came and went and I enquired regarding the delivery date of my blind. I was told it would be delivered by the end of the week and that I'd receive tracking details before it shipped. Again, this came and went with no communication from Jayne Clayton. I had to email again. I was then told it would be dispatched on the Monday. I heard nothing so again ailed to enquire of it's whereabouts. No response. I emailed again a few days later. No response again. I finally filed a PayPal dispute and received no response there either. Contacted via Instagram twice and finally got a reply. A day or so later I received tracking details and after that a response from the team. I've received the blind and have to say I am sorely disappointed with the quality. The wood used to hang the blind is unfinished and have spots of mould. There were no fixings and no drill holes in the blind. Throughout the fabric is puckered and where it should be blind stitched white threads show throughout. I can't quite believe the quality considering the price and I have ordered many bespoke Roman blinds from other companies that were significantly less expensive and the quality ten fold of that of Jayne Clayton. Overall a very disappointing service and product and I doubt I will ever return.
