Good website and pricing but stock availability for the 30m i wanted was desperately poor. I looked at 6 options and only 1 had that level of stock available. Staff however are very good when contacted by phone

I'm sincerely sorry for the difficulties with stock availability this time around, and can understand your disappointment with this. We aim to keep our website updated with plenty of options for suitable alternatives but on rare occasions, multiple products will have low stock levels, meaning that a quantity like 30 metres is not possible until a new print run goes ahead. Please rest assured, we regularly review stock availability in order to offer our customers as much choice as possible with the shortest possible lead time. I do like the wallpaper sample you sent however having ordered other samples that came and where 3 times the size of yours it gave me a better picture of the pattern and what it would look like on the wall, so I went for one of those over yours, purely for that reason. I feel that if it was as large I could have made a better judgement

We do offer larger samples for many of our patterned wallpaper designs, which can be selected as an upgrade in the shopping bag, which may be useful to know for any future projects. My order was delivered overnight, however I did not receive any communications to say it was dispatched nor any communication with the delivery firm. I went out to lock the gate and discovered it had been left just inside the gate. Lucky we found it as we had heavy rain that night. £500 of wallpaper would have been ruined

Product was fine but a problem re delivery. I telephoned to ask about delivery and whether I could collect my paper from Farrow and Ball as my decorator was already in the house waiting. I explained how urgent it was. It took several phone calls from me before I could get answers. One problem was Farrow and Ball were initially contacted by email and not telephoned as I asked. Initially I was told there would be a delay because Farrow and Ball were behind with production because of bank holiday delays. The paper did however arrive on the 7th working day and I wasn't able to collect the goods. The paper was in good condition fortunately but the box was wet in one corner.

The blind looks beautiful but unfortunately not to my specifications! To be fair they are now rectifying but this has created unecessary delay and hassle. Not sure I will use the blind making service again, but good for fabric

We order our samples pre-cut directly from the Brands that we supply on our website, so we do not determine sample sizes and they can vary. Larger samples are available for some wallpaper ranges; where these are available they can be added as an upgrade in the shopping bag. We also offer large returnable samples for patterned fabrics which can be selected as an upgrade in the shopping bag. Fabric was great and reasonably priced. However, packaging was excessive and wasteful. I ordered one metre of fabric which would have fit in a large envelope. Instead it was sent wrapped on a heavy duty cardboard tube and encased in plastic. I had to throw away tube and plastic. This is irresponsible in terms of environmental impact, and excessive in costs.

It was only a sample of a paper, which arrived in A4 format so did not cover what a run of the paper looked like. There were around 6 animals on the print and the sample only showed 2. Not sure I can place an order on such a small sample without seeing the full impact.

Unfortunately my order was incomplete and when I questioned why the warehouse had only one further left and would not get anymore stock until late February of the wallpaper I had ordered Why was this not relaid to me upon order .My decorator is coming next week so I cannot wait and am a roll short , very dissatisfied .

Hi! Everything is fine BUT I did not get an andere to the Mail I sent directly after I purchased my wallpaper. So I miss 1 roll and I have to wait for 4 months before finishing the room… It could be a perfect occasion to get your feedback through this review! I would be happy to hear from you :)

Blinds have arrived and are well made. Unfortunately, customer service not great. never got delivery confirmation and my blinds took almost twice as long as they said they would, with people telling me different dates and noone being able to confirm the situation.

I did not buy scion living material! I would like you to know however that the Clarke and Clarke material I ordered was not delivered next day and was 'dumped' over the gate and left rather than placed in a safe place. We were not at home at the time. I do not think this is acceptable

I thought that the website was easy to use, and I appreciated the ability to order a sample of wallpaper however, given that the wallpaper I chose had many colors, I would have hoped that this swatch included some of those colors and not just the area that had cream and gold. I understand that one can’t predict what segment of a pattern one will get but in a geometric pattern with some unusual colors, I would think common sense would have dictated the choice of the sample to send. I’m not willing to try to get another one (even at only $10) because I may get the exact same rather boring part of the color palette.
