“O rdered 3 metres was advised 8 metres available order accepted then told only 1.2 metres and 1.3 metres available with no guaranteed match. Made a curtain out of it with a join across the middle. Not the best outcome”

“I wanted a wallpaper sample, and you managed to send one without any of the animals, just the background. I wouldn't have purchase this wallpaper if I only wanted a leafy background. So yes to sample size, no to being able to visualise my thoughts.”

“The samples came very promptly. Thank you but 1 of them has an extremely large pattern and wasnt big enough to tell what it would be like as a blind. It makes sense to me that it it has a big pattern, it should have a big sample.”

“Sadly the Dobby stripe I received is nothing like that in your photograph. The one I have is of a narrow stripe. Is it possible to get it in the wider stripe as on the chair”

“Ordered and paid for delivery of a sample which we liked. We then ordered the same as wallpaper only to find the colour way had been discontinued. Had to request a refund which did not include the sample cost and postage. Company website needs to be updated regularly.”

“The products are beautiful however the small size of the sample doesn't allow me to make a decision on the suitability of the wallpaper. It was insufficient to show the pattern repeat and not large enough to appreciate how light changes the colour of the paper. I would have purchased but unfortunately not prepared to make a decision based on the sample size sent.”

“Ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper and a tub of paste. It arrived when we were out as we had not received an email to say that it had been dispatched. After we had collected it locally we received an email to say it had been dispatched and tracking info Not good enough.”

“JC+ co have been v prompt in sending out samples and I am hoping the same for my order. On the website before I ordered my 8+3 metres of fabric, there was a box offering 10% discount - but even after several attempts I could not progress this discount. “I was a little disappointed to be honest , I had subscribed and was hoping to get 10% off my first order which cost £265.00 , only to find that I didn't get it as my wallpaper was reduced by £20.00. Don't think I will be ordering again I'm afraid.”
