I ordered a custom Roman blind in a beautiful Casamance fabric. Upon ordering I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive it. I was happy to wait. However this time frame came and went and I enquired regarding the delivery date of my blind. I was told it would be delivered by the end of the week and that I'd receive tracking details before it shipped. Again, this came and went with no communication from Jayne Clayton. I had to email again. I was then told it would be dispatched on the Monday. I heard nothing so again ailed to enquire of it's whereabouts. No response. I emailed again a few days later. No response again. I finally filed a PayPal dispute and received no response there either. Contacted via Instagram twice and finally got a reply. A day or so later I received tracking details and after that a response from the team. I've received the blind and have to say I am sorely disappointed with the quality. The wood used to hang the blind is unfinished and have spots of mould. There were no fixings and no drill holes in the blind. Throughout the fabric is puckered and where it should be blind stitched white threads show throughout. I can't quite believe the quality considering the price and I have ordered many bespoke Roman blinds from other companies that were significantly less expensive and the quality ten fold of that of Jayne Clayton.
Overall a very disappointing service and product and I doubt I will ever return.
