“Good value and service. The only issue was not being advised of dispatch which caused unnecessary anxiety with the arrival of decorators imminent, hence one point deducted.”

“Had a good choice or various brands and price points, they just let themselves down on sending a sample I didn't order and missed the one which was my favourite choice on-line. However, their samples did arrive far earlier than their competitors.”

“Fabric samples arrived quickly and were a good size. Quality was very good too. Only downside is my PC must be set differently as some colours weren't as they looked on-screen. Otherwise, excellent!”

“Excellently made curtains. Would have preferred a couple more inches on the widths. Regarding the length of the curtains with double pinch pleat heading, beware that the measurement that you give them will be the drop from the hooks to the bottom of the curtains plus their standard addition of about an inch. This may not fit your curtain track. Best to discuss this with them prior to ordering.”

“I ordered 4 free samples of wallpaper but unfortunately the samples were so small it was impossible to get the overall effect of the paper on the wall although I could see the paper quality was good. Perhaps if there was a very small charge for the samples you could afford to send out bigger pieces”

“Very fast delivery and mostly nice samples. The only thing I would say is we had one pattern with very large repeat and the sample sent was basically a blank pice of cream paper.”

“Samples sent through from supplier so bit of a wait,ordered at a reasonable price, delivery was quick good about six-seven weeks lead time though as coming from the supplier. All in all a good service I think if they had carried stock of what we wanted would have been superfast. So four stars but that was down to supplier will try and update about the material when the upholsterer gets hold of the material but seems good quality to me.....”

“Easy website to use with lots of advice. I phoned for some detailed help after which I was able to submit my order, which came in less than 4 weeks, for a large handmade curtain. Great quality curtain and we are pleased with the final result. All I needed was a bit more info re the time of delivery and the progress of the making.”
